Welcome to another live edition of Talking Points with Jason S. Bradshaw. That's me, of course, and this is my weekday live where I share ideas, tips and hints to help you and your business achieve breakthrough success in 2024. Over the last 14 days I've been going through the trends from the 2024 Trends for Business Breakthrough Success report and today we are up to number 14, AI driven insights. Now you can get a copy of the report completely free at Jason S. Bradshaw.com trends and if you do download a copy of it, you can also subscribe to my newsletter which comes out every fortnight and it's also available on LinkedIn. So two different ways that you can get Talking Points Newsletter Today's trend AI Driven Insights is to really encourage you to not let all the data that you have in your organization go to waste. You see, quite often organizations will focus on one or two data points because the time it takes to crunch the data if you like, makes it really difficult for organizations to glean value from it. However, there is significant a significant number of AI data tools out there now that can help you be curious, help you explore that data faster than ever and to find new insights. So I'm not suggesting for one moment that AI data tools should be replacing individuals in your team. Absolutely not. It should be adding to their skills, adding to their group of programs that they use to help them deliver better value, more insights, more actionable insights to really help you identify the real growth opportunities in your business. Now one area that I encourage you to do this is of course with your customer focus feedback and your employee feedback. Now if you're really lucky, you probably have some sort of survey or surveys that your customers complete. But the reality is customers are leaving feedback about you in a number of different ways. Can be on review sites, it can be on social media sites, it can be during conversations with your team, either over email, web or through voice. Of course, now I'd encourage you to connect as many of those data points as you can to a data aggregation tool and then use AI to identify trends that perhaps aren't obvious on the surface that you get through your surveys. But when you get all of the data, the complete picture, you're able to identify new trends. The best thing about AI Driven A Insights is that you can simply ask a question that you might think is true and get the real information, get the data to support or disprove your point of view in record time. So AI data, AI Driven Insights. It is a real productivity game changer, but more importantly allows you to be curious about what if and uncover the unknown because of the biases that we build into the way that we collect data. So AI driven insights can help you overcome those biases, can help you get to the root cause of why someone loves you or doesn't love you, why an employee is considering leaving you, or perhaps why your customers aren't recommending you. So I'd certainly encourage you to check out AI driven data tools and start connecting the dots. Start being curious about what might be laying beneath the surface level data. Absolutely brilliant way to stop focusing on the metric and start focusing on how you're impacting individuals. Now there are still places available in the Business Breakthrough Coaching program. As I said, this is a 12 week accelerator course. It's completely free to apply to be in the course in the program. It's a bespoke program built around where you and your business is at and the application process is to make sure that we're a good fit. You can go ahead and apply@businessbreakthroughcoaching.net now. Until next time we speak, I wish you great success.
