Gather valuable insights into your target market with comprehensive research. I'm often asked, how do I survey my customers? How do I research what my customers think of me? And most organizations trip over themselves trying to develop this complicated survey with hundreds of questions that ultimately most people don't complete. And even worse, most organizations do nothing with the feedback. So my hint to you if you want to double down on growing your business, take the time to ask your customers some specific questions that will unlock the insights that you need to go to the next level. It starts by asking three simple questions of your customers. Number one, how likely are they to recommend you to their friends and family? The second question is, did the product or service that they buy from you deliver on its promise? Were they happy with how it performed? And the third question to ask them what's one thing that they wish that the product or service did differently from that? You'll have the key insights that you need. I'd love to know some of the great questions that you ask your customers. Please leave your example in the comments below.
