10 things that you should buy As I describe these 10 things, I would love to have you share your thoughts, your comments, and what's coming up for you. As I go through this list, the first thing that I would suggest that you buy is this book titled Becoming youg Own Banker Unlock the Infinite Banking Concept. This book was written by my late mentor, R. Nelson Nash. And the essence of becoming your own banker is to recapture the interest the money that you're presently paying to banks, to finance companies, to credit card companies for all those things that you need throughout your lifetime. Things like cars, property, business opportunities, investments, weddings, education and business equipment, and all those things that you would otherwise pay cash for lease or finance throughout your lifetime. It's far better having that money come back to you than it is to flow away. And certainly having more of that money available is going to enable you to purchase some of the other things that I'm about to mention. Item number two is Dividend paying participating whole life Insurance. Now, this is not meant to be a discussion about dying. Now we know that you're going to die. I'm going to die. Anyone else who watches this video is going to die. It's not a matter of if, it's when. However, with this particular type of insurance contract, you don't have to die to win. You're going to accumulate a pool of financial value called cash value, and that is going to increase daily on a contractually guaranteed basis. It cannot go down. It can't be lost to any volatility in the stock market. There's no pandemic or economic recession or government intervention that is going to take away any of that daily accumulation and you get to borrow against that daily accumulation. So you have capital on demand, on your terms to go about financing all of those things that you need throughout your lifetime without ever interrupting the daily accumulation and compounding growth of your own money. And knowing that not if, but when you die, there's also a death benefit thrown in for good measure. So you're going to see a tax free windfall of money that shows up exactly when it's needed the most. Now, when I say dividend paying participating whole life insurance policy, I'm talking about a policy that is designed for high and rapid cash value accumulation. This is a product that is designed to grow cash as fast as possible while deemphasizing the death benefit characteristics of the policy. I would encourage you make sure that if you're looking into one of these insurance contracts that you're working with an advisor who is thoroughly familiar with not only how to engineer this policy for that very purpose, but can also demonstrate to you how that is being used in his or her own life. And how much money are they putting in to these contracts and what are they utilizing them for? Here at Ascendant, we are all authorized infinite banking practitioners with the Nelson Nash Institute. And this is what we specialize in, is the implementation of this process with people just like you. Third on my list would be real estate. Now, real estate, what I'm describing there is. I'm not talking about focusing on or emphasizing that you should own your own home. What I'm talking about is owning cash flow producing assets. Real estate can be a cash flow producing asset. Now, I'm not suggesting that you just go out, walk around your block and purchase the first piece of real estate that's available. What you need in order to do this right is you need to be working with a mentor, a coach, somebody who is thoroughly familiar with how to go about purchasing cash flow producing real estate. And when I say cash flow, I should emphasize positive cash flow. The last thing you want to buy is an alligator or you're feeding it money every single month versus having that property pay you every single month. Okay, Next on the list would be business. And when I say business, I mean purchasing. A business that is not tied to your own personal genius or your own creative self. A business that can produce money for you without requiring any of that. Next on the list would be experiences. Listen, life is short. Time is going to go by way faster than you may think. And so enjoy it. Purchase experiences. For example, maybe it's that nice meal that you want to treat your friends or family to, where no expense is spared. Or that dream vacation that you've always wanted to take with your friends or family, where no expense is spared. Taking your children and taking them on trips. You know the best way for them to gain knowledge is through traveling and seeing the world. The world's a big place. Go out there and experience it. Buy those experiences, whatever it is that you are dreaming of or that would resonate with you. Next on the list is coaching. Think about your favorite athlete, your favorite musician, your favorite artist. I can guarantee you that each and every one of them achieved success and continue to achieve success because they have a good coach. Everybody needs a coach. And so find that special person who has already achieved what you're setting out to achieve. Pay them. It will be one of the best investments that you ever make is to get a good coach who can help you to achieve your ambitions. And make sure that it is a coach who has already done what you are setting out to do. That is the type of coach that you want and that you want to follow. Next on the list is I would just encourage you to buy giving. Now you are probably asking yourself, what does that mean? Let me give you an example. In one of our businesses we have quarterly profit sharing and what we do is every 90 days we look inside our profit pool and 50% of our profit pool is distributed among team members internally. And then those very same team members decide how to give the remaining 50%.
That not only fills up our teammates fulfillment tanks and energy tanks, it just feels good. It feels good to be able to give. Now I'm not talking about giving back because you didn't take anything. I'm talking about giving being of service to others. And that's just one example of how we go about doing it in one of our companies. Next would be stocks. Now, I know this is going to sound really, really strange coming from someone who focuses on the process of becoming your own banker, the infinite banking concept. But one thing that I would encourage you to do, especially if you're younger, is I want you to take a look inside of your refrigerator. I want you to take a look inside of your bathroom and I want you to take a look inside of your pantry. And I want you to look at all of those products that you're using regularly. Think about those things. Cereal, shaving cream, toothpaste, household cleaning products, and so much more. Right? Regardless of what's happening in the economy, regardless of what's happening in the real estate market, regardless of the pandemic that we're dealing with here, still in the year 2021, human beings are going to continue to consume all of those products. When you get a headache, you take aspirin. When you grow facial hair, you shave. When you step into the shower, you're looking for the shampoo, the conditioner, those things will never change. So if you're going to buy stocks, then buy those staple stocks where you know that regardless of what's happening in any economic environment, human beings are still going to continue to consume those products. Next would be a good accountant. So this is an individual that you are definitely going to want to invest in. Because as you continue through your life's journey, if you're taking advantage of opportunities that track you down, if you're investing in different things, you're going to need a good accountant who can help you stay on track and make sure that you're minimizing taxable events and your taxes in general. Next would be a reliable car. So as you accumulate more money you shouldn't be accumulating more things. Those consumables where you know, you've all seen those folks on social media that are posting pictures with the Lamborghinis, the Ferraris and all of those things. Just get yourself a good, decent, reliable car, something that is fuel efficient, cost effective and take the rest of the money and go buy those other things that I've been talking about. You're going to be working with money, you know throughout your entire lifetime and you have choices. You can choose where you want that money to reside because the truth is your money must reside somewhere. So these are just some things that I would suggest to you.
