Recently we were awarded as Canada's top overall life insurance agency in the Managing General agency network, which is just an incredible accomplishment. I give all the credit to my team. And if you want to be rewarded or awarded in your business, then you need to have three things. You have to have, first and foremost, the right people. Everything begins with people. And then secondly, you have to have a painted picture vision. There has to be clarity among everyone on your team as to exactly what your organization is working toward accomplishing. And then thirdly, you have to have the right sales and marketing automation processes that are going to support your team that's getting all that great work done. If any one of those three things are missing, then you won't be rewarded, you'll be held back, and your business will suffer.
