So if you imagine there's this small boardroom table in this massive space where you could literally fit dozens of people, and I sat down with my teammates, and I asked them to describe to me how they've been feeling now that we're about eight weeks into our journey. I could have micromanaged that whole process. So you can manage first and lead second, or you can lead first and let your team manage. And so what I shared with my teammates is that had I done that, had I micromanaged that whole transition, I would have robbed all of you of the opportunity to grow in the way that you've grown these past eight weeks. And there literally wasn't a dry eye at the boardroom table, because people, in that moment, they just were able to really reflect on the past eight weeks and every contribution that they had made.
