Now we're going to take a look at how people implementing the infinite banking concept, the process of becoming your own banker, go about financing things. First, we have to begin by capitalizing and setting up our system. Then, as our system is building and building and building, we go about purchasing the things in life we need. The difference is where we access our capital is different. We access it from a system where we have total and absolute control. We then begin to replenish our savings pile for those items that we've purchased. In essence, we rebuild our pool of capital that we can access. We do this by making the same payments that we would have had to make anyways if we were paying a third party bank or saving up for our next major purchase. As we build back up the entire time, our pile of money continues growing with an ever increasing asset value. The backbone of this asset is a dividend paying participating whole life insurance contract. We get to accomplish the objective of buying the same things in life that we were going to do anyway. Whether we financed it with a third party bank or we used our own money for purchasing and drained it to zero only to have to build it back up again. However, now we get to harness and control that capital for a much longer time frame and the original money continues growing as though we never used it. This is the power of collateralization. Using an asset that is always growing and always accumulating because of its design to accomplish the financing aspect of the major things that you're going to purchase throughout your lifetime. This can be done by you. This can be done if you're a business owner. This can be done if you're a real estate investor. The end result is you maintain control. That is the power of the infinite banking concept.
