Jayson Lowe and Jingen explain how Canadians can use participating whole life insurance as a private banking system. You can borrow up to 90% of the cash value and redirect interest payments to your family instead of commercial banks. One example: paying off a Ford F-150 five and a half years early by switching a $600 monthly payment into the policy.

The average Canadian, what have they been told to do with their money? They've been told to take their money and put it into stocks, bonds, mutual funds, RRSPs, real estate, cryptocurrencies, gold. I'm not here to tell you that any of that stuff is bad. I'm just here to tell you that all of those things. Achieving any objective that you have requires the process of banking. I don't have to rush, I don't have to panic. I don't have to track down opportunities. I'm already collecting and accumulating capital opportunities track me down. And my biggest problem is saying no. I get to decide which opportunity I want to take advantage of. So this is possible for any regular Canadian walking out there today. You do not have to be wealthy to get started in this process. But what you do have to do.
You think that investing is complicated. Growing money is difficult. People just get lucky. You think that growing wealth is difficult or hard. I'm here to tell you that's misinformation. It's just not true. So my colleague Jingen and I are going to take a few minutes here and explain to you how you can easily grow your wealth. You can invest smart and you can just relax. So stick around to the end. So, Jingen, let's talk. Let's talk a little bit about how. How we can easily grow wealth by implementing the process of becoming your own banker. The infinite banking concept for Canadians. What is becoming your own banker all about? Well, the title says it all. We're becoming our own banker. Jingen, if we look at the average Canadian walking around, they have an income, right?
Yep.
And that income must be deposited. Is that true?
Yeah. You have to, right?
It's got to be deposited somewhere. Now, Jingen, where are most people depositing their money before they do anything with it? Where's that money being deposited?
I know. What happened to my family is without us even seeing the money first direct deposit to a commercial bank. So what we will do is we will see a number show up on our bank account.
Yeah. Okay, great. Now, you said that your earned income, the money gets deposited in a commercial bank. Another way of saying that, wouldn't that be someone else's bank?
Exactly. Is not my bank Canada.
Let those words sink in. Your money is being deposited in someone else's bank. If the money's being deposited in someone else's bank, well, then whose rules are you playing by, Jingen?
Is someone else playing the rules?
Yes. So somebody else has. You're earning all of the money you're doing all of the work, you're taking all of the risk, but someone else has all of the money and they have all of the control. Doesn't that sound like a problem or nay, an opportunity? So the idea is, if I'm depositing my own money in someone else's bank and I can find a process to allow me to become my own banker, wouldn't that then mean that I'm depositing all of that money in my own bank?
Now, keep in mind, obviously becoming your own banker is a process and it takes time, it is a practice. I can't just flip a switch and become my own banker tomorrow, but I can get started and I can start to immediately control a portion of of the banking function. So we've established that the money's got to get deposited and the money flows into someone else's bank. Generally speaking, for Canadians, they're depositing money in someone else's bank. Now, Jingen, what is the bank just in general terms, are they just letting that money sit still in the bank?
No, I wouldn't think so. I think the bank would make that money working for them and generate income for them. Either make investment or they must be making that money work many, many times, isn't it?
Yeah, absolutely. The bank cannot let the money sit still. Money sitting still is useless. They have to turn those dollars over and let's just say they're putting it to work in various ways. And you hit the nail on the head. You said for them. So I'm taking my money and I'm putting it into someone else's bank. And that bank is putting that money to work to grow profit. So for other families, not mine, it's the owner of the bank, but it's my money. They're not sharing any of that growth with me. And Jingen, what has the average person walking around today, the average Canadian, what have they been told to do with their money? They've been told to take their money and put it into stocks, bonds, mutual funds, RRSPs, real estate, cryptocurrencies, gold. I'm not here to tell you that any of that stuff is bad. I'm just here to tell you that all of those things, achieving any objective that you have requires the process of banking. And someone else is controlling that function today as it relates to your needs. So a quick side note here, make sure you click the link in the post description below so you can get access to a 90 minute webinar so you can learn more about the process of becoming your own Banker. The that is watchibc.com, you'll get access to a 90 minute webinar to expand on the conversation that Jingen and I are having. So we've been told to put our money at risk in order to grow it. And what do they tell you? The more risk you take, the more return you might get. Is that right?
Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Like you cannot. You cannot earn money without a risk or something like that.
Yeah. So imagine that you're earning this income and everyone else is getting use and control over your money. They want use and control over it as long as possible. They don't want you accessing it. And then you're taught that you have to go to someone else's bank to borrow money so that you can acquire large expenses in your life like vehicles and homes and renovations and maybe vacations and paying for your kid's education or wedding or whatever it is. You have to go borrow money from someone else's bank where they set all the terms, they get all the money, and you're left just having money continuously flowing away. That's pretty uncomfortable. Jingen, if you look at what a bank does, you said that they accept deposits and then they lend money out. Let's say that they. That's one of their primary functions and where they create profit. They're not really investing a lot of money in taking a whole lot of risk, are they?
They are not.
In fact, a lot of the risk are not on them. Because if, for example, if I do not pay my mortgage, they will come hunk me down. Maybe they will garnish my income, maybe they will take my house away. So I feel like I am on the hook. All I need to do is continue to pay for the payment that they asked me to pay on their own terms.
That's really good, Jingjen. So you know a person, if they didn't know anything about the process that you just described, and they might think to themselves, they might go, oh, so the bank wants you to default on your payments so that they can get possession over your real estate. Is that the case or no? What's the underlying asset to the bank? What do they care about most?
Care that every month for that date, you are making that payment. So the stream of payment is what they looking for.
That's perfect. Yeah, the bank doesn't want you to default on your payment. As an example, like if you have a vehicle loan and you don't make a vehicle payment, they don't want to repossess your car. And no, they want you to make the payment. Because if they get the car, then they have to do something with it or if they get the house, they have to do a fire sale or whatever it is. But they do have that underlying asset. They've made you do a credit check, income verification. They've made you prove to them that you don't really need the money before they've actually given it to you. So you put in a down payment, you're the first person in the deal and the bank is the first person to get paid and you have 100% of the risk. They don't care about the real estate. The underlying asset is the stream of payments. So we're being told to invest our money with risk. Meanwhile, the banks are lending money with security and they're creating guaranteed cash flow with very little risk. And the last time I checked, aren't Canadian banks making like record profit right now? Jingen?
Yes, indeed. We actually have a video that, that Richard Canfield mentioned that even in 2022, the entire world is suffering from COVID but the banks still make a record high profit in 2020.
Amazing. And so they're, they're. So that means that they're pretty good at creating profit and generating wealth. And the only real thing that they're doing is banking. They're attracting streams of payments. So if I was going to put my thinking cap on here for a minute and I thought to myself, I could go out and take all that risk and I could invest my money and I could always be having to work real hard to get more money coming in so I can do more things. And money's flowing away. That's the problem is that money's flowing away. I need to find a way to reverse the flow of my money so that I'm the one collecting and accumulating the capital so that I can take advantage of opportunities that are certainly going to track me down in Canada. There's a huge amount of opportunity right now. You can do many things. You can start a business, acquire real estate. I could be the bank for someone else. Couldn't I lend somebody else money and do it in a legal way with a contract in place, I could lend somebody else money to create cash flow, couldn't I? Okay, great. So if I just became the banker in my own life, if I had a warehouse to store capital, we use a specifically specially designed permanent, participating, dividend paying whole life policy as a warehouse. It's a tool that I use to implement the process of banking. I store my capital there in a private system so that I have a death benefit. God forbid something happens to me. But I have cash value. I have cash value growing inside this policy every single day. And I'm contractually guaranteed to be able to borrow up to 90% of that cash value so I can use it in my real life to achieve objectives. Maybe I could invest it somewhere and create cash flow and then that cash flow could flow back to my system instead of someone else's bank. Or maybe I could access money from my system and pay off a car loan early. I just did this back in August of 2021 where I paid off my Ford F150 five and a half years early. But Jingen, did I stop making the payment though I was going to make payments for five and a half years to someone else, wasn't I? When I access money from my system to pay off the car loan, Jingen, did that interrupt the cash growth, the daily cash accumulation in my policy?
No borrow policy. Loan is insurance company was paid for your car loan. It just put a collateral on your cash value and the lien on your death benefit. You're not touching your cash value. Your cash value still continue to grow every day.
So my cash value has to rise to match the total death benefit of the policy contract. It's the life insurance responsibility, the company to make sure that that cash value and death benefit matches. So in that equation, they have all the risk. All I got to do is meet my obligation, which is depositing my minimum premium every year. As long as I deposit premium, I have my death benefit intact. They got to make sure the cash value matches. And to your point, I can borrow against that value of the cash value, pay off my car loan and then my cash value keeps rising because it's just chasing that death benefit. But here's the kicker. I eliminated a payment five and a half years early and I could do whatever I want. Now I don't have to pay back that loan if I don't want to because I'm the banker. I own the contract and they know the insurance company. That is if I'm either going to pay the money back with interest or I'm going to pass away and they're going to wipe out. They're going to extinguish the loan that's outstanding with the death benefit and they're still going to get their money back. Or if I made a big mistake and decided to cancel my policy, which I would never do, but if I did, then they're just going to withhold the loan. That's there and they're going to give me the rest of the cash value and then we get to walk away. So it's the safest investment the insurance company can make, which is a policy loan, because they're going to get their money back 100% guaranteed no matter what. But I'm now in control of the repayment schedule because I have a policy loan outstanding that's living in my banking system, in my insurance policy. So now I took that liability that lived with someone else's bank. They controlled it. I was paying them. I actually turned it into an asset because banks want to lend money to other people because it attracts a stream of payments. So he or she who controls the debt will be the one who accumulates the payments, which is the person who's accumulating the wealth. That's the key thing that I wanted to dial in on. Jingen, I'm already somebody else's really good banking customer, aren't I?
Yes.
So why don't I just find a way to become my own banker so that I can be my own really good customer? So instead of stopping my payment because I paid it off five and a half years early, what I actually did, I was paying $600 a month. What I actually did was I increased my payment, but I redirected who's receiving the money. So I'm now paying $700 a month back to my own policy system. And because the cash value is growing every day, I have access every month to more than what I'm paying back. I'm paying back 700 and I can go back and access 1,000 or 1,200. It depends on which policy I put it into because I have a system of policies now. But again, all I have to do is find a way to reverse the flow of my money and I can easily grow wealth. And then I don't have to rush, I don't have to panic. I don't have to track down opportunities. I'm already collecting and accumulating capital opportunities track me down. And my biggest problem is saying no. I get to decide which opportunity I want to take advantage of. So this is possible for any regular Canadian walking out there today. So imagine just one last bit about the opportunities that might track you down. What I've been able to do, Jingen, just recently is I accessed money from my own policy system through a policy loan and I lent that money to. Our family has a construction company.
Right now. So my wife and my brother in law run that company. And what we did was we lent money from our family system to the construction company to pay off some vehicle financing. Well now the construction company is going to send those payments that they were already sending to someone else's bank. They're going to send them back to our family so that we're keeping the money in the family. We're collecting and accumulating the capital that was already flowing away. Did I increase our family's cash flow?
Like cash flowing in?
Oh yeah, definitely.
Just by reversing the money that was already flowing away. So I access money. So I'm now being the bank. We're starting to be the bank for a larger portion of our own family. So if we can become the banker for our own life, you could become the banker for anybody. That's an opportunity that tracked us down. And it's pretty easy. I'm pretty relaxed. There's very low risk. I'm just growing my wealth in a systematic way, doing what I've already been doing in my life, earning an income and sending money. But now I'm just changing the process and who's receiving the money. The money's coming back to the family. So it's a pretty simple stress free life when you're controlling the banking function and you get the banks out of your life. Living proof.
