The emphasis out there is always on product first. But nobody starts with focusing on the problem because if you don't understand the problem, the solution just won't matter to you. And the way that we manage that is we are the buyer in that relationship, not the seller. And the buyer is the party in the transaction that gets to do the rejecting. And so rather than us trying to sell something to someone, once that person has clarity, they know what to do and they're ready to go, they're ready to proceed. And as it relates to this process of becoming your own banker, the infinite banking concept, the two most important words in the title of this book and the process itself are your and own. We want you to become your own banker so we're going to coach you on how to become independent. So ultimately, as it relates to becoming your own banker, banking is a process, it's not a product. Someone must perform that function in your life and it can and it should be you.
