There's no such thing as an unimportant day. I want you to think about this for a second. If you like to exercise, the workouts that are the most important are the ones that you don't want to get your ass out of bed and go, do. You got to fight against a force. It's called gravity. Gravity wants to pull you down. Motion is a natural law. There's no such thing as an unimportant day. And so when you're feeling stuck, I have a 5 second rule. If I'm scheduled to be in a workout and I open my eyes and it's one of those days that I just don't feel like getting my ass out of bed to do that workout, I've got a five second rule. By the time I count down from five to one, my feet are on the floor and I'm standing up and I'm making my way to that workout. And don't they always end up being one of the best workouts? When you get done, you go, wow, I'm glad I did it. So remember, motion is a natural law. Get out of that ruts. Get out of that feeling of being stuck. Get out of that fear, face the fear. Get up, get moving, do it anyway.
