I have literally just been introduced to this concept, the infinite banking concept. We wholeheartedly encourage people to read the book titled Becoming Your Own Banker. This is my original copy from 2008, and this book changed my life. And we, we manage 77 policies. We pay $1.5 million in annual premium. I didn't grow up with a family that had money. My parents really struggled financially. But what comes up for me is that liquidity changes human behavior. Like, people make different decisions when they have control and they have access to money on demand on their terms. And the absence of that, if you don't have liquidity and you don't have access and you, you find yourself in a situation where you need to get access to capital, that can lead to poor negotiation. It can lead to like an emotional financial decision, whereas somebody who has liquidity, a pool of capital readily accessible, it creates patience.
