A short presentation/transcript by Jayson Lowe arguing that investors should prioritize controlling their need for finance and the 'banking function' (capitalization and building accessible wealth) rather than fixating on product metrics like dividend rates or short-term returns. The speaker emphasizes process over snapshot numbers and the importance of capitalizing to seize future opportunities.

When you focus on the product problems create. So any illustration, if you've ever seen an illustration it's simply a snapshot of inputs at the time the illustration was built. It doesn't mean that whether it's man, your life or whoever that's going to be how their product performs over time. So when you start to focus on numbers, numbers just don't matter. It is the process and if you can understand that it's about controlling your need for finance. As Nelson says on page three, it's all about banking and that's what this is all about. It's about controlling your need for finance and it's about getting control of the banking function. So so often if you just get into the products you look at dividends, rates of returns, it's not about rates of return it's about capitalization and building capital building a well warehouse of wealth that you can access and like Henry said you can't see what the opportunities are that you're going to have.
