That's what we're gonna break down. We're gonna talk a little bit of theory first. Then we'll get into some practical steps that you can take to implement what we're gonna talk about literally today. It is happening here in Tampa June 7th through June 9th and it is my Deep Dive immersion event. This is about breaking down chiropractic marketing into things that you can accomplish, right? Creating a strategy, creating a plan specifically tailored for your practice. I am limiting it to 20 docs because I want to work one on one with everybody that comes down. Not only create and build a strategy that is custom tailored for your practice, but also begin to implement it. It as I know that is the most important part of the process. So if you want to check that out, I would invite you to come on down. There are a couple Early Bird tickets left at the evidence basedchiropractor.com events. So today is kind of a teaser, right? This podcast episode is a little bit of a teaser of that. So I wanted to hop on and talk about how you can simplify your chiropractic marketing while also improving the results. You probably realize there are a ton of social media platforms out there and ways to get your message out right? You have your website, you have Facebook, you have YouTube, there's Instagram, there's Twitter and then there's all the classics, direct mail, billboards, all of that fun stuff. There is a lot out there in terms of what you can do. Now, I will gonna make an argument that there are some things that you definitely should be doing and others that might not make sense depending upon where you're at in your practice. But there's a couple of key things to keep in mind with any and all chiropractic marketing. And some of this is really well illustrated in the story brand concept created by Donald Miller. But I want to touch on that for a few moments because before we dive into the action steps, it's important to know the framework and the mindset that you're gonna come from and how you can connect with the people in your community. Because that's what it's all about, connecting and providing benefits and solutions. So, first of all, it's important to keep in mind that you are the guide on your patient's journey. You are not the hero of their journey. They are the hero of their journey. It's excruciatingly important for you to keep that with everything you put out there. You are their healthcare guide, their coach. You are the one that creates the transformation and helps create the transformation that they go through. And that is a very different framing than you being the hero in their journey. So please keep in mind everything that you put out, you want to showcase it like the other person. Your patient is overcoming the obstacle. You are just there on the path to help them do so. It's a really nuanced point, but it makes a huge difference in how marketing, how your message is perceived as it gets out there. Once piece downstream from that is also keep in mind the pain points. Sometimes people start and we're going to dive into content production in a moment. But when you start to think about it, you're like, oh gosh, what am I going to talk about? What do people care about? Keep in mind, understand your patient's pain points and speak about those. Now, how do you find those out? They're the questions that you get asked every day in practice. The people that are coming in already and asking you questions day in and day out. Utilize those questions. The questions you are receiving by your patients in your practice or via email or via your website. Any interaction that you're getting with patients or potential future patients, use those questions. Those are pain points. Those are questions people have. There are obstacles that they're trying to overcome and utilize those as content pieces for you to discuss and chat about. That will go a long way. And again, showcase it always in the vein of you being the guide to help them overcome their pain points. And then how do you do that? Well, do it by talking about the benefits of your care, not the features. If you have a great new table that has all these drops, it's air cushioned and all of this other fun stuff, whatever the case may be, those are features of the product. What are the benefits? Benefits, it's more comfortable. Okay, now that's a benefit for a patient. It's going to improve the results you're able to get. In our practice only say that if it's true, of course, but if it is true, that is a tangible benefit. So remember, at a high level, be a guide for your patient, be their healthcare guide, touch on the pain points that they are experiencing and showcase the benefits that they can receive or expect to receive by coming in to your practice. Those are three keys, key, key items. Be a guide, talk about pain points and showcase the benefits of how you may be able to help them overcome those pain points as their guide and their helper. If you can do that, you are going to dramatically improve your marketing message. And quite frankly, when you look at it, it's pretty simple, right? There's three things there to keep in mind. Now let's take it one step farther and talk about action steps. How can you ultimately create content consistently stay top of mind while still trying to run your practice sometimes can seem absolutely crazy. I know a ton of docs out there, they're so busy with patients by the end of the day or trying to get patients locally or going to networking events that it's like, gosh, to go online just seems so taxing. The truth of the matter is it does not need to be that way with a very limited amount of time each and every day. If you're wise with your time, you can make a tremendous impact with what you do online. I've seen it time and time again, quite frankly. When I started the evidence based chiropractor, I myself was practicing and I probably was there about 10 hours a day at the time at the orthopedic group and I would spend just chip off one hour here, 30 minutes here whenever I could. And now fortunately, thanks to people like you listening in, the EvanSpace Chiropractor has become one of the largest and most well respected brands in the chiropractic space. So you can do it too and you can definitely do it in your community, but you need to have the tools and the strategy to do so. So again, I want to let you know one more time, we do have early bird tickets left to adjust your market. Deep dive immersion event. It's happening here in Tampa June 7th through June 9th. It is about simplifying your chiropractic marketing while improving the results. And it is all custom tailored for each person, limited to 20 docs. I would love to see you here in Tampa. It's going to be a ton of fun as well. I have events planned, a whole bunch of cool sessions. So check that out at the evidence based chiropractor.com events. But content, let's break down a simple process how you can create content each and every day. Now, I'm going to start with the big one first, and that is video. Now, you don't necessarily have to even use the video. So hear me through with this. You pull out your iPhone and stage it up there and shoot a video. What are you going to shoot it about? Well, we just talked about it, right? Answer a question. What are those pain points your patients are asking and what are the potential benefits? So shoot a video. When you shoot that video, what you can do is if you want to use it, you could post it to Facebook, you could post it to Instagram and or to YouTube. So you just hit multiple things with one video and we haven't even got started yet. What else can you do with that video? Let's say you're like, oh my gosh, I don't really like how I appear on video. I would tell you to get over it. And there's some steps to do that. But ultimately, if you don't want to use that video, you can take the audio from it. So you can strip what they call strip or rip the audio from that video, if that makes sense, and then use that audio as a podcast. Now you have a weekly podcast of valuable information just like that just by doing that video. Well, what else about that video? You can probably see where I'm going with this. You can transcribe it. There are tools like Trent or like Rev.com that take video and it puts all of the text. What are you saying? It makes a post out of it. It makes a text file. Once you have that transcribed into the text file, well, guess what you have. You have a blog post right there. Guess what else you have? You have email copy to get out to people right there. Now what can you do with that? Well, when you post it to your blog now, you've just helped improve your search engine optimization. More people are gonna be able to see you and find you. And guess what you get the topic based upon the pain points that people are asking you about. So you know the people in your community are already asking about this topic. So these all feed each you can drive more traffic to your website, be more visible in your community by answering the questions the people in your community already have. And you can do that as simply by taking out your phone and shooting a one to two minute video each day, every other day, however you want to get started. And again, if you have a little bit of oomph in you, you can do that video live to Facebook, then post it to Instagram and to YouTube. If you don't want to use the video, I'd still recommend doing it as a video. It's just easier that way. It's EAS to hop on. Even if you're not going to use the video component to do it as a video because you can take the audio out of it, have a podcast, you can transcribe it. It's a lot easier to talk through things quite often than it is to sit there and type everything out. So if you shoot the video and then transcribe it, which is very cheap and affordable to do, you will have a blog post out of that, you'll have an email out of that. And those can drive traffic to each other, they can hyperlink to each other. Get more people to your website. Get more better search engine optimization. Get more people visiting your website, more people in your front door, and more people who know who you are and what you're about. The size of your practice, the success of your practice is going to be pretty much directly correlative to how many people in your community know, trust and like you. Now first they need to know you. And how can they know you? Get content out there that helps them. Be their guide, hit their pain points, showcase the benefits of what you provide. That is how you can simplify your chiropractic marketing and improve their results. And again, I want to do this deep dive with you. I want 20 docs and we already have sold quite a few tickets. But I would love to see 20 docs that are ready to step up their practice in 2019 here in Tampa, June 7th through June 9th. If you want one of those early bird tickets, there are a couple remaining.
