The other thing that we do that is different in my coaching program that you won't find in any other weight loss program is we're going to build your future you, what I call the 2.0 version of yourself. Right now, your dieter's brain is your 1.0 version of yourself, and that identity is keeping you stuck at the same weight. We got to learn how to, like, let that go, but we have to be able to replace it with something. Right now, you don't know how to replace it because if you did, you would have already done that. So we're going to build this 2.0 version of yourself. The woman who already knows how to handle the hard moments at dinner. She already knows that she's not going to cancel her workout just because she gets on the scale and the number is higher than what she thought it was going to be. She's the one that doesn't spiral after she goes out to eat with her family or with her friends. She doesn't need the numbers to feel safe because her reason is bigger than the discomfort. That is powerful, y'all. When you get to that place, everything changes.
