Hi there, Jennifer Dent, health and success coach. You can find me at JenniferDent.com, but right now you can find me live from my home basement, which is my home gym right now. As you know, I've been getting down with these home workouts, cardio circuits. I love them, burning lots of fat, burning lots of calories, and sweating my butt off. But I wanted to challenge you today, if you are doing these home workouts, to pick up heavier weights. If you're still using those 5-pound weights and you've been doing these workouts for a while, you need to up your weights. So today I, uh, challenged myself. I picked up my 20-pound weights, did some bicep curls, did some press jacks. I did, uh, press jumping jacks with 15.5 pounds. So I'm feeling really good right now. But that's my message to you today as your health and success coach. If you're doing these home workouts, pick up heavier weights and really, really push and challenge yourself. Signing off. Bye-bye.
