After a weekend of overeating, write down three things: whether your fun meal was planned 24 hours ahead, every thought that made you keep eating, and what you'll do differently next time. Writing it down locks in what you learn.

All right, we're going to try this again and hopefully— we're spinning. All right, we're going to try this again and I tested the microphone, it is on, it should be working. All right, I wanted to come on live to address what you should do if you had a little bit too much fun this weekend. So this is the first time that you all are planning your meals for the week, including planning your fun meal. And I posted in the group yesterday, um, okay, perfect. Thank you, Tiffany. I was like, we're gonna try this again. I posted in the group yesterday asking you what some of your fun meals were and did you eat them without guilt. And a couple of you were like, yeah, I had the fun meal, but I just kept going. I think Kledra said the fun just kept continuing. So I wanted to just point out what you should be doing in case that was what happened. Even if you ate everything on plan and you were like on point, I still want you to write these questions down because there will be an opportunity for you to revisit them in the future. Now, first thing I want you to know, if you overate this weekend, nothing has gone wrong. Nothing has gone wrong. This is a process that you are learning, okay? And as you're in the process of learning, this means you get to learn from yourself. And improve as you keep going, right? So I'm always talking about your evolution into the next best version of yourself. This is what you're doing. You are evolving into the next best version of yourself by constantly looking at what happened, learning from yourself without judgment, and continuing to move forward. Okay, this is how we begin to live our luxe life. So 3 questions I want you to answer. The first thing is, did you plan your fun meal 24 hours in advance? Right, at least 24 hours in advance. And did you write it down? You may be thinking, well, yeah, I knew we were going here, so I just figured I would have this. No, no, no, no. Again, this is a new skill that you are practicing, and when you write things down, it solidifies it in your brain that this is what we're planning to do. Okay, I'm just like right here. I'm writing down my stuff every single day. This is a planner. This is what I wrote down today. Continue to write down what your plan is. So did you plan 24 hours in advance? And if so, did you write it down? Okay, the second thing I want you to ask yourself and write down all of the thoughts that your bratty brain offered as a reason to keep the fun going? What were all the thoughts going in your brain that were saying, okay, we can keep eating, we can eat some more, right? All of— so on Friday, if you didn't watch Friday's training, I went over the weekend prep and how those thoughts, those old programmed thoughts, just pop up. So I want you to think back, be very intentional, give yourself like 4 minutes to write down what were all the thoughts that your bratty brain offered as a reason to keep the fun going. Now, as soon as you write these thoughts down, you now have an awareness. And when you have an awareness, that is the first step to your transformation. That is the first step for you to keep evolving and learning from yourself. Now, the last thing I want you to do is figure out how are you going to plan for your next fun meal. We're doing this every single week, right? And so in order for you not to repeat repeat what just happened this past weekend. We've gotta learn from ourselves, and so we have to think through very intentionally, what are we gonna do differently? So this question, the answer to this question has given you some good information. The answer to this question has given you some really good information. Now I want you to think through and figure out how are you gonna plan for your next fun meal knowing that we gotta do some things differently So what are those different things going to be— are going, going to be? Write it down. Okay, for the same reason you write this down, write this down. It solidifies it in your brain. You're like, okay brain, this is what we're doing. This is how we're going to evolve and continue working towards our goal weight. All right, if you're watching the replay, type replay below so I know that you checked in. And if you have any questions about what I went over here, go ahead and type them below. All right, see y'all later. Bye!
