Speaker B lost 12 pounds in 30 days by planning meals outside holiday events, then using a plate-first strategy at gatherings: put only what you want to try on your plate, eat until full, and save dessert for later. Any food had to meet personal standards.
How'd you do that? Explain this to the people because they're like, what? You had 7, 6 holiday events. You continue to lose weight and you're like, I ate whatever I want. How is that even possible?
So the first thing was I planned the rest of my meals. I planned the rest of my meals.
Everything outside of the event?
Everything outside of the event. I can eat what I— I'm going to eat what I want. But I did plan my meals outside of that. I knew what I was going to have. I planned those out.
I planned my snacks or whatever.
And when I went out, what I did was I put what I wanted to try on the plate, and I ate till I got full. I literally stopped once I got full, and then I would have a dessert because the dessert didn't go in. I would have that a little bit later.
But if it met your standards, it had to meet my standards.
Oh yeah, yeah, I was not eating the thing that came in the Intimins box. That was not happening.
