I still remember one of our coaching sessions where you're like, you cannot drive looking in the rearview mirror. Mm-hmm. Got to like look forward. And as simple, which is part of the power and magic of the daily journaling and the weekly and the monthly, every day, Jennifer, every day. And I didn't do it today, which is why I was late to this session because today we're that off the chain crazy. But every day, even when I travel, it's why I have it here and I will wake and walk and stop at a coffee shop sometimes or do it at home, but like pen to paper and it doesn't take 10 minutes. And it has been so deeply valuable outside of my weight loss journey, in my whole life, seeing where shoulding on myself, seeing where not enough, just those two thought models. So for anyone listening, and she does not pay me for this, it's not just about your weight loss journey. Like, it has brought me home to myself. It has improved how I'm moving through business. It is improving me looking for my husband and being able to receive him when I do meet him. Like, it has changed everything. And it's like, we're playing with the lens of losing weight. And I'm delighted for my 31-pound weight loss. But like, it is the tip of the iceberg. So thank you for the work you do and for specifically how you roll it out, because for me it was the like, linchpin.
