Welcome back to the Habit Based Lifestyle Podcast. I'm your host, Jesse Yule. Today we're going to be talking about something that is going to be amazing. It's the beginner's guide to using Chat GPT for health pros and coaches. Really it's for any type of business owner, but specifically the ones that I work with the most are health professionals and coaches. So I want to make sure that as we go through this, I want you to understand that this is going to help you if you're in one of these two scenarios. So the biggest mistake I see in the health profession and with coaches that they're making right now, I'm going to show you how to actually fix it. So most likely if you're listening to this, you're going to be in one of two scenarios and you may be in the third. And I'll just kind of touch briefly on that. So scenario number one, you've heard of AI. You know, everyone's talking about Chad GPT, but you're probably not using it because it feels really complicated and you're not really sure where to start. Scenario two is you're using it, but it's giving you kind of that generic answers or surface level content that doesn't really sound like you. And you know, there's a whole lot more potential but you don't really know how to unlock it. And then I would just say if you're in scenario three, where maybe you already are very well versed in Chad GPT, obviously the name of this is the Beginner's guide, so this is probably not for you. But it, you know, hopefully I can give you some entertainment regardless. So here's what I'll say is most health professionals are burning out because of all the things that they're doing and coaches, they're burning out because they're creating content. You know, there's emails, there's follow ups, there's organization, there's all these things that have to happen in a business. But social media, you know, really the last four or five years is like, if you haven't started to be more prevalent on social media, you are probably really behind. And so, you know, what I want you to understand is going through this should help you at least begin to understand how you can get up to speed. Now I want to also obviously share stories of people that I've been able to work with because I think it's important. So I just had a chiropractor who's been in my program for about four or five months, he's out of Utah. And he wasn't really getting great results with my program prior to really leveraging AI. So we started using it a little bit more for his content. He actually started having one of his employees show up to the calls and you know, within about two and a half weeks he signed up six new clients. And each of those clients is worth anywhere from about twelve to eighteen hundred dollars. So in two and a half weeks, I mean, you know, he's roughly added somewhere around 10k. And the cool thing he talks about is like, hey, my actual, you know, person at the front desk was just doing a lot of the things that you told her to do and you know, he's been able to do that. So the cool thing is is prior to that he wasn't really using AI and his front desk person wasn't really able to help him with social media. So it's kind of left up to him on whether or not he would have success. And as soon as he started to shift that, he started to see better results. So I want to really break this down into a couple things. I'm going to answer some questions. Number one, you know, what is AI? AI stands for artificial intelligence, which is basically means a software that can think, respond and solve problems like a human would, but a hundred times faster. And I may even say like a thousand times faster. Okay. It doesn't feel and it also or create like we do. So kind of think of like a human is going to feel the emotion a human is able to create, but it uses massive amounts of data to predict the best answer, the best response and the best idea on whatever you ask it. So kind of think of like almost having a supercharged assistant that can give you data, that can get help you solve problems that can do a lot of things and, you know, it can do it in seconds where it may take you, you know, hours to figure it out. AI can do it really quickly, especially, you know, if you know how to work with it. So what is chat GPT? So, Chad GPT is actually what I'm going to be talking out about today. So there's free chat GPT, which you can get a free account, or you can pay 20 bucks and you can get the paid version. But it's made and created by a company called AI OpenAI. It's basically like texting an assistant to help you with content, maybe even build emails. It can answer questions, it can also brainstorm ideas, and it can also explain, you know, really complex topics, and it can do it instantly. So. But here's the biggest thing you need to understand. It only works well if you know how to talk to. It sounds kind of like your wife, right? It. It only works well if you know how to talk to her. So, and then that's. That's a joke. But AI is, you know, really the same way. You know, if you give it bad, bad prompts or you know, any of those things, you're going to get probably unclear results. So just think of, like, it's not AI that's not working. It's typically the way you're asking the questions or the way it's coming across. So how exactly does AI work? And I want you to understand this. There's tons of AI out there. I think, Chad GPT, you know, obviously you have it on like Twitter or X and some of these other ones. I'm just going to talk about this, but the stuff is universal. But AI, Chad, GBT works by predicting the next best word or phrase based off your prompt. So it's not magic. It's. It's really just pattern recognition. So if you say, hey, write a blog post about gut health for busy moms. It pulls from millions of data points and then build something for you. But if you say, act like a hormone health coach, write a post for women 45 to 55 who are tired of weight loss gimmicks. And then, you know, the way you want to format it is we do a hook, we do three bullet points, and then a call to action, you're going to get something 10 times better. Now understand this. I gave you kind of a general prompt, so you get a general answer. I gave you a really specific prompt, and you get a really specific piece of content. And so I want to walk you through, and I'm going to kind of draw this out also at the same time. So I don't want this just to be following along with me. So I'll pull up my white whiteboard and do some of those things. And also if you guys are watching this and you want my actual PDF that has a lot of these prompts already written out, you won't have to go back through this and, and try to listen to them. I, I know that can get annoying, but I'll make sure, if you just say prompt in the comments, I'll make sure that I get you the PDF and it'll have all these prompts on there and all these examples I'm going to talk about. So, number one is Chat GPT is going to help you with four main things. Okay? Obviously it's going to help you with a lot of things, but we're just going to talk about these four main things today with your business. So number one, communication. How you talk about your business, your audience, your leads, your clients. So most people in the health space, they struggle to describe what they clearly do, especially in a powerful way. And even when they're writing content, you know, for social media, even when they write emails or they're trying to explain what they do, they almost make it sound like they're talking to someone in their own industry, they're trying to explain this to versus talking to someone at a third grade level. So you can use all this to fix it inside of Chat GPT so you can clarify, like your brand, your messaging, you can rewrite intros for your bio, your website, your. Any type of offer you may be putting out through email, stuff like that. You can rewrite it and you can have it in an X in a way that it'll actually explain to your audience what you're actually doing, rather than, you know, maybe speaking Spanish to a bunch of English patients. Okay. Or vice versa. But understand this, that it'll help you communicate better what you're trying to say. And you can do it much simpler. Okay? You can take really complex ideas and you can really break them down into a simple way for your clients to understand. I want to give you a couple prompts specifically so you could say, hey, rewrite this service description in a way that speaks to busy moms who feel overwhelmed. Okay? So what you could do is you could paste your current description about maybe you're a chiropractor that helps busy moms, maybe you're a waste weight loss coach who helps busy moms. Or, or maybe, you know, instead of busy moms, it's busy dads, but whatever that is, you could have a description that you already have. You could paste it at the end of this prompt and it'll rewrite it. Geared towards either busy moms, busy dads, or for whatever service you're trying to do. Okay? Now you could also, let's say you have a bio on your website, okay? And it's like, hey, Jack, you know, went to school, you know, here, and, you know, he studied all these things. And it's just, you don't really understand or connect with it. You could ask Chad GPT to create three versions of your bio that shows what you do and how you help people. And you could also be like, hey, make it funny if you're maybe funny, or maybe make it more serious if you're a little more serious. Or make it humorous and it'll actually do that for you. And so it doesn't, it doesn't necessarily always have to be, you know, a certain way. Like, you can ask it to be, you know, more direct, you can ask it to be more funny, you can ask it to be even more loving if you want. And the cool thing about it is it'll gear towards that also. Another example is explain how our program, hormone program works in three simple sentences with zero fluff, okay? You could also say something like, hey, explain how our chiropractic adjustments work in three simple sentences or in less than 15 seconds, you could give that, you know, to one of your employees. And so when anybody calls you, you could actually have them say that when they're like, hey, tell me more about your program. Okay? And so it just helps you communicate better. Now I'm going to talk about prompt creation, okay? And I'm going to share my screen on this one because I'm going to have to write this out, okay? So, so on this one, okay, so how to use Chat GPT to get the exact output you need, not just some generic prompt or generic things. So I'm going to walk you through this. So this is called the role. Task, and then format, okay? So kind of think of like, kind of think of like the role. You're going to act like a hormone health coach, okay? So that's the role, okay? Act like a hormone health coach, okay, Second thing, okay, so just understand this, okay? What's the task you wanted to do? So for this, it's right, five Instagram hooks to speak with women, okay, Wanting to lose belly fat, okay? And then the last piece of this is going to be format, okay? And. And so the Format is, is going to be really simple. Okay. It's going to be, it's going to be on Instagram. Okay, so. Okay, so five IG hooks, that's the format that we're putting in it. Write a reactivation email. Okay, so hold on real quick. So roll what's my role act at like a hormone health coach. What's the task? Write five Instagram hooks to speak with women wanting to lose belly fat. And then the format is going to be five IG hooks. Okay. The other format could also be, you know, another one in this same thing is list three contra controversial opinions in the weight loss space that create engagement. Okay. And so that gives you kind of like the role, the task and the format. Okay. Prompts for emails. Okay. Again I'm going to give you guys this so role task format. Okay, so right, reactivation email to clients who haven't responded in 30 days. Tone, friendly, bold, action are bold and then action based. Create a three part email series that educates my audience on nervous system dysregulation. Okay, so that would be for an email, prompts for website. Rewrite the homepage headline to grab attention and clearly communicate my offer. Give me three different call to action buttons that drive urgency and action for my website. Okay, so those will all be in that PDF as well. But what I, what I really want you guys to understand is, is there'll be some other ones like this on there. But like the role, the task and the format, what's the role you want it to play? What's the task you want it to do? And then in what format? Is it email, is it Instagram, is it Facebook, what format? Or is it for my website, what's the format I want it in? Okay. And that makes it really simple to think about. I'm also going to throw in some extra ones. Okay. What I also want you guys to kind of look at is I'm going to give you some more prompt formulas when I come back in a second. But also you can use this in systems organization, how to build, you know, back end systems for your business. Most coaches, health professionals, they're overwhelmed doing everything, right? So it helps you create SOPs. It'll also help you with any type of like maybe onboarding a new client, emails, things like that, checking in. And then it'll also help you with any type of structured workflows you may have in your office. You can create an sop, you can create an onboarding checklist for your clients for a program. And then the other thing is delegation which is huge, right? How to use AI to help your team. So the example I gave you earlier was, you know, my client that's a chiropractor that had one of his assistants start showing up to my calls, and she started understanding how to create content for the week because of what I was giving her. We gave her a system, and then she just started, you know, getting understanding of how to create content for the week. All of a sudden he's not having to do it anymore. And the cool thing is, is now he's delegating it to his team and. And he can focus on serving more people. But. But before that, she had no clue how to do anything. So AI can write you a system like internal how to. It can build job roles descriptions. It can also give you kind of a plug and play template for your team, which is exactly what I gave his assistant. And then she's kind of been showing up and getting better at doing it. Okay, and so I want to go back to your three prompt formulas. Okay, so this is. I'm just going to give you a couple different examples on this. Let me pull this back up. Okay, so. I want to make sure this is. Let's see. Okay, so let me see something. There we go. Okay, here we go. All right. Okay, so we have role task format. Like, we've already been through this, but I want you just to say, okay, this is a great prompt for general use. Content creation, emails, repurposing ideas. This is really your simplest one with the. The best structure. So number one, who to act like. Okay. Number two, what you want it to do. And then number three, how you want it formatted. Okay, so just kind of think of it this way. Who, what, how? Okay, that's a really great way to kind of think of this role task format. Okay, this is so simple if you really think about it. But act. This is kind of how it works. Act like a weight loss coach who. What do you want it to do? Write five Instagram hooks for women over 40 struggling with fat loss. Okay, what do you want it to do? And then the format is going to be hook, sub, hook, call to action. Okay, so what's the format we want it in? Okay, so we said hook, sub, hook. Okay. And then call to action. Okay. And that's kind of the role of how we put this in. Okay, that's an example of the prompt. Okay, we're good. The next one we're going to do is going to be called ctf. Okay, this is best for content. It's best for, you know, any type of situation that you might be in where you're like, you're needing a frequently asked question answered, maybe some website stuff done, or you just maybe you had somebody call in and you need some help on how to answer a question or one of your people do. They could do it really easy this way. But let's go through this. So number one is we have context. Okay. Task. Okay. And then we have format. Okay? So context would be like, hey, I help busy professional moms lose 20 pounds in eight weeks through habit based coaching. Task write a follow up email for someone who's missed their consultation. Format. Okay? Subject line plus short body with a clear call to action. So let's just say we're writing an email that is to help busy professional moms lose 20 pounds in eight weeks through habit based coaching. Okay? The task is we want to write an email follow up for someone who maybe wants to do the program. The format is we want to make sure we have a strong subject line, short body with a clear call to action. Okay, so that's a little confusing on that, but here's the context. Okay? Context is I help busy professionals. Okay. Task lose 20 pounds 8 weeks through habit based coaching. That's the format. Okay? So if I'm writing out an email, I would be like, hey, write me an email. Or I'm trying to write an email. I'm working on writing an email for my clients that are busy professional moms who want to lose 20 pounds in eight weeks. The task is I need you to write a three part sequence on how to do this. And then the format is I need a subject line, I need a short body, and then I need a clear call to action at the end. What that does is give you everything that you need to actually write that email. Okay, I know that was a little bit confusing in the beginning, but you know, hopefully that last bit will get you clear. Okay, now the last one that I want to do and I'm going to give you guys examples of these also. So this one's a little bit longer. Okay, so number three is R, A, S, C, E, F. Okay, so we're going roll. Okay, we're going action. We're going steps, we're going context, we're going examples and we're going format. Okay? So if, if we're trying to build an sop, we're trying to, you know, work on systems, workflows, educational content, things like that. This is a high performance prompt structure that's going to be super detailed and very System based. So if you're someone who likes to geek out on systems like I do, this is a great thing for you to do that. So an example would say this like you're a, you're a client success coach. Action is okay and that's the role we're playing. Right. Action is create an onboarding checklist. Steps, break it into seven parts. Context for a 12 week hormone reset program. Examples onboarding call resource access welcome message format Bullet list with short descriptions. Okay, so you guys just see how I went through that one by one. Boom. It makes it in literally 20 to 30 seconds and you're done. Okay, so the cool thing with this is that you're understanding how to get things done faster. People on your team can potentially help you with this. Again, if you need the PDF, I'll make sure just put prompt in the comments, I'll make sure you get the PDF and you can kind of go through this and leverage it this way. All that stuff will be on there. Okay, so I want to kind of recap, okay, because I think this is important. So understand this. This is a little bit longer video, longer training, but I want you to understand this. Everybody is going to be using chat GPT. Chat GPT plus social media plus some of the things you're doing in your office is a great way to begin to innovate what you're doing. It's funny because I could never see myself talking about AI a year ago. And then I was like, man, I can get stuff done so much quicker. I can take things I used to do and I can, you know, I can get them done in like record time or maybe writing a week's worth of content, you know, a year ago or two years ago might take me an hour. A year ago, maybe it takes me 30 minutes. Now it could take me, you know, five minutes. Okay, if, if I get it really dialed in, it could take me a minute because I know exactly how to prompt it and what to say. Okay, so if you're watching this, here's what I'm going to say. People in your industry are already doing this. The difference is, is a lot of people don't know that there's systems and their structure to this. There's ways to create this specific to you and specific to your business. Now I see a lot of people on social media posting content that sounds like it's generic, sounds like it's from Chad GPT. And you're going to get that if you don't understand how to do prompts, how to do these things correctly and what'll end up happening is pretty soon everybody will be creating content on Chad GPT, but you'll be able to tell who, who's creating it correctly in their voice and you'll be able to tell who's not doing that and just doing generic content. So keep in mind that you know, things are happening at a much ha, much faster rate now. So you got to get ahead of the game. You got to be one of the innovators. And that's really what we're doing is inside of this with our system is we're taking this with our marketing system and our business, our habit based marketing system and our business system and we're beginning to make these into one cohesive thing. So things begin to speed up at 100x speed where before you know, things maybe changed every three or four months. You got stuff changing every three or four days now. So this is just one of the ways that you're going to have to begin to keep up. And remember at the end of the day, information and getting more information is not the key to transformation. Transformation happens from the application that we're doing and understanding how everything works. And so that's really what makes this unique and different and can really make your business so much better. So if you guys want to find out more about how we're using AI to actually grow your business and grow inside your marketing, just simply comment system if you want to have a one on one call and we can kind of talk through if this is a good fit for you or not. If you want the PDF on on here, just comment prompt I'll make sure I get that to you or someone on my team will. Thank you guys for joining and we'll talk to you later.
