If I don't understand what their problem is, I'm not going to get them to go anywhere. So think of it this way. If I don't know you want to lose weight and you're like, hey, can you just send me some information? Whatever I send you is irrelevant. Okay, so let imagine you want to lose weight, but you don't really tell me. And so then I send you a bunch of information specifically on gaining weight or gaining muscle. It's irrelevant to your goal. Do you see what I'm saying? Okay, so the key with all of this is we always establish a tier one problem. Okay? A tier one problem is going to be I want to lose weight, I want to get out of pain, I want to gain muscle, I want to potentially buy a home, I want to potentially sell a home. I'm interested in possibly getting some T shirts. Does that make sense?
Right?
Okay, so it's a surface level problem. And then we say like, hey, what are you currently doing to lose weight? They're like, well, I'm doing xyz. Do you like the current results you're getting? Or you know, would you like something else? See what I'm doing? So when you look at that template I sent you, you just need to know where the person started. Okay, so like, if they're cold, you just became friends with them. Stick with the cold one. You'll eventually run into the same questions. If it's hot, that means you don't really need to introduce yourself. You could just be like, hey, Jody, I saw you comment on my post about wanting to lose weight. Thank you so much. Do you mind if I ask you a couple questions? Okay. And then we're like, hey, when it comes to your health, what, what are you most focused on? Or hey, how much weight Specifically, do you want to lose? Because we don't need the Tier 1 question anymore about health because they already engaged with us about weight loss. We just need to find out specifically how much weight they want to lose. Okay, so weight loss and pain are the same thing. It's just a different kind of pain. Hey, can you tell me, like, if, if I said, like, hey, if I could show you how to get out, eliminate back pain in as little as 30 days without drugs or surgery. That conversation then turns into, hey, Josh, saw your comment on my post about back pain. You mind if I ask you a couple questions? Okay. Hey, how, how long is your back pain been going on? Oh, it's been going on for two or three years. What have you tried to do to solve it? You know, do you like the results you're getting or, you know, do you want something else? We want them just to tell us because it makes them feel like they're being hurt. Okay, so now I can come back and say, hey, if I could show you how we could potentially help you lose 15 to 20 pounds without starving yourself or having to exercise for hours, like, would you be opposed to setting up a 15 to 20 minute call to see if we could possibly help? Okay, got it. You got to memorize those scripts. And so here's what I'll say. You. If you don't say exactly what's in the script and learn it, you're going to probably only book about 20% of the people. If you can stay with that script, you'll book 80%. Once I have your tier one problem, you're. You're done for. Like, I'm going to book you for sure. Okay? It's just psychology. Because I say like, hey, what's your, what's the problem you have? And you're like, well, I want to lose weight. Now, if I say, hey, if I could show you how to solve that problem, like, would you be opposed to jumping on a call to see if I could help? Do you see what I'm saying? There's no way you're going to be like, well, no, I don't want to do that. Well, you just said that's what you wanted. You see what I'm saying? It's like, it's so easy, but it's almost so easy. We over complicate it. Okay, so there's, there's pain of weight loss. There's physical pain of like, hey, my knee, my back, my shoulder, it's all the same. Okay? We just need to get them to tell us what they have going on. Okay. And then what are they trying to do to solve it? And then we just move on. Okay. If there's the pain of wanting to sell my home or wanting to list it, not having someone I can trust, wanting to get a certain price, it's. It's the same stuff. Okay? Remember, it's. It's the. It's the psychology of the conversation that works. It's not necessarily what you're selling. Okay. What you're selling is irrelevant because all we're doing is just solving the problem they tell us they have or letting them know, hey, we can potentially solve this problem for you. Would you want to jump on a call and talk about it? See how simple that sounds? It's kind of like, well, duh, of course I would. Right? I just. I just told you I got this problem and I. And you could potentially solve it. Of course I want to get on a call. Okay, so what are you learning from what I'm talking to you about, Jody?
Sometimes I didn't know which one to start, and this helped clarify which. Which category.
Okay, so.
And how to differentiate between three leads.
Okay. There's hot, cold, and warm. Hot is inbound. Or raise their hand on an ask post. An ask post would be like, hey, if I could show you how to lose 15 to 20 pounds, looking for three busy moms launching a new business, or someone who calls you on the phone, you follow that cold means you just became friends with them. Okay. You don't know them. Okay. And you just follow that warm means they're engaging in your content, Any of it, but they haven't actually raised their hand on, like, a engagement post. Even if somebody even liked. Let's say they liked a post that was like, hey, looking for five busy women who want to do xyz, Even if they just liked it, I could be like, hey, Jody, saw you like my post about looking for five busy women that want to lose 15 to 20 pounds. Do you mind if I ask you a couple questions? Okay. When it comes to your health, what are you most focused on today? And then I'm just starting. If you notice the template and the conversations, they all say the same thing. It's just where we start. Might be a little bit different. Okay. And I. I will tell you guys this. If you can learn that how to have a cold conversation, how to have a warm conversation, and how to have a hot conversation, it's going to be worth quarter million dollars in the next year to you guys.
Okay?
Here's why. Most of you will do a terrible job at sales because you don't know how to get the Tier 1 problem from the person. And so what ends up happening is you're over explaining, over selling something. You don't even know if it's relevant to their problem. Do you see what I'm saying? Once you figure out their problem, everything's relevant because now you're communicating about the problem they have. Okay? But every person you guys talk to, if you just take your average sale per client, that's what every conversation is worth, okay? This just happens to give you the framework to be able to have any of those conversations at any point in time. I know this, that if I just meet some guy on the street and I think he's a potential client, guess what I'm trying to figure out what's his tier one problem? Okay? That's, that's the only thing I'm trying to figure out. Why? So I can potentially help him solve his problem or not and see if we go to the next step. Even if he's not my potential person, that's what I'm going to do to him anyways. Hey, man, I think I might have somebody who could potentially help you solve this problem. It's not me, but I work with some people who can do this. Would you like me to put you in a three way conversation with them? Do you see how much value I give people when I do that versus just kind of like I can't help you. Peace out. See what I'm saying? Josh, what are you learning from this?
For me it's. Sorry, probably not.
Oh, there.
Okay. For me, it's doing a better job at finding the tier one problem so that it sets me up for, for getting to that next question. Right. That I can lead them better, direct and more efficiently.
Good. Okay. So Tier one problems for you are going to be pain based. Okay, maybe, maybe energy secondary. But it's mostly like, my back hurts, my hip hurts, my knee hurts, shoulder, neck, whatever. Right. Hey, what are you currently doing for that? Right? I don't need to know how to be a chiropractor to get somebody to come into my office. I just need to know how to have the conversation about, hey, tell me what's currently going on. Do you see what I'm saying? So, like, I don't need to know anything specific about your vertebrae, your L4, your L5, your C3, C2, because none of that is going to get you to come in if I don't talk about what is the main problem. You have. Hey, I got low back pain. Okay, cool. Like, how long's that been going on? It's been going on for five years. Geez, you know, that's terrible. Like, what have you tried to do to solve that? Well, I've tried drugs. I've tried surgery. What have been your results? Man, I'm still in pain. Well, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being an extreme pain one, you got no pain, where would you say you're at? Hey, I'm like a eight or nine. Hey, that's cool. If I could show you what works really well for my clients when it comes to getting them out of back pain, even if they've had it for five years over the next 30 days, would you be opposed to coming in for a 15 to 20 minute appointment to see if I could possibly help? Okay. Did I need to know anything about vertebrae? Did I need to know anything about adjustments? Did I need to pitch them on it? Well, I'm going to need to see you 12 times to come in. No, I just addressed their number one need and number one concern and the thing that was probably limiting them from like, hey, this has been going on for five years. I've tried these things and didn't get results.
Right. Yeah.
Okay. In that process would. I mean, because that's. That's keeping it, like, very simple. If I can keep it that simple and efficient and smooth, like, then I can get into.
If you don't keep it that simple and smooth, you're not going to get them to come in.
Okay.
Because you're speaking. You're. You're never going to get somebody to come in. Speaking chiropractor to them. No, you're always going to get them to come in if you can speak on their level, because that's what they understand.
Y.
You see what I'm saying? Don't talk to your clients like you're talking to another chiropractor. That's one of the biggest mistakes because it's kind of like speaking. Speaking Spanish to an English population there. Even though it might be good, what you're saying, it's just a completely different language.
Right.
There's no reason you should get that deep into conversation anyways.
Yeah. All right.
Okay. What. What are you working on this week, man? I'd like to see you put out like, an ask post tomorrow.
Okay.
Yeah, I can do that right now. I'm still. I've been asking more questions or more responses from the people that have been adding or my recent ads. So I've Been creating out that welcome message and then just trying to get into. A lot of people are responding. So if, when I send up my first message, some people will say, hey, great. It's great to be around like minded individuals too, in the community. Or some people will just respond with an emoji.
Yeah.
Whether it's a heart or a smiley face or whatever. Bring that second question in just as well. Like it shouldn't throw me off. Right. Okay. I mean, I just wasn't sure if the emoji was like, hey, I'm saying thank you, but I'm not.
You're overthinking it, man.
Conversation. Okay.
Just overthinking it. Here's what. Most people don't give you anything. 30% of people are probably not going to give you anything. But you still send the second.
Yeah.
40% of people may not give you anything on the second. Still send the third.
Okay.
Okay.
I want to go through an ask post specifically for tomorrow, and I want you to think about the number one protocol that most people are coming in for. Okay. Is it, Is it low back pain? Is it neck pain? What is it?
I can be either one. Like both times it's coinciding. So it's either one of the other people coming in. So I could do either one.
Okay. So let's pick one.
Okay. Low back.
Okay, cool. So we're gonna work on this. Brandon, give me a check in, man.
Hey, yeah, just, I don't know, got that video out today. I've got a couple recorded now. So I'm trying to get my face kind of out there a little bit more instead of just the tech stuff. Um, see if I can connect and start to add value enough. I think I've kind of started to get my engagement up a lot.
Get.
Getting enough of it that I think I'm starting to get in front of a lot of people that I wasn't in front of before. So now I'm going to start trying to push out more of my face, more of what I'm actually doing, and more value.
Okay. So write this down.
Okay.
Okay. So I want you to do one or two videos a week of you at a house that you're either selling or looking at. Yeah. And you don't even need to talk. Okay. Just take, take like a 8 to 12 second video.
Yeah.
Of you showing someone else. Or just get some B roll of you showing someone else. And just if you have somebody else there. Hey, can you record this in like three different areas? Like kind of your favorite areas of the house, whether they're selling or buying.
Yeah.
With a client or like you sitting at a table and it's just showing you communicating with them. We got to get more B roll type stuff like that.
Yeah.
And then what we can do is it's not a big production to do reels. You want maybe a little bit more of the organic looking. And then you could be like, hey, top three reasons why you should be doing XYZ with the B roll. And then you just put everything else in the. In the captions.
Right.
So like, those are. You want both. Okay, so we want those. We also want some of the ones where you're like teaching someone. Like, hey, agents now need assigned broker or buyer broker service. That's great. But like, to the average person, they don't really even know that. Right. So just think of it this way is like, make your content speak to the ideal person that you want to attract, not necessarily another realtor.
Right.
Does that make sense?
So, yeah, absolutely.
Like when we work on things, I think we worked on a reel the other day, but just how we can kind of like, hey, three things you need to look for when you're selling your home. Number one is this. You know, number two is this. Number three is this. Okay. And try to be. I think we. We kind of made a whole reel about that. But like, if you can't do it under 90 seconds, you need to simplify it.
Yeah.
Remember, a real is not meant to give them meat and potatoes. It's meant to give them like a short thing. It's like, oh, wow. I never even thought about what it is. The longer training video or longer video we share with people has more of the meat and potatoes.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Yeah. The B roll stuff. I was actually just messing around with that this morning. Just trying to just get a long list just so I can just have it in my mind of just different shots to start to compile. Have it in a folder and then it's easy.
Do this too. So do this too. How. How most people think realtors start their day and then how they actually do. And you could kind of do that contrast of like, you know, maybe you at a computer or maybe still in bed like around 9am as like a joke. And then put you at like 5:30am working out and then doing some other stuff and then like getting your daughter ready. All that stuff.
Yeah. Like, it just.
The easy thing with like B roll is 8 seconds, 12 seconds. You can be like, hey, one of my favorite things to do with clients is XYZ Right now, one of the first things I do when I meet a client and we look at a house is this, this and this. Okay. So just try to. Try to kind of think of like, B roll allows you to make more reels, but not necessarily. You don't have to overthink. Like, just get in the repetition of trying different ones and see what your audience likes.
Yeah, definitely. Yeah. I was thinking like, the B roll stuff and then more kind of the raw stuff, like the walkthroughs. And then really like the one I put out this morning. Maybe only like one of those a week, like, where it's kind of like that higher quality kind of stuff.
So. So teach.
Yeah, teach.
Then demonstrate, like you at an actual house, whether it's buying or selling, just like show. Show what you're doing. And then the third one is like, lifestyle. And just think of lifestyle as kind of like life of a. Life of a. A real estate. So, like, you. You got your daughter, you got just lifestyle stuff you might be doing. Hobbies. Yeah, golf, things like that. Put those out there too.
Yep. Okay, cool. Love it.
Janice, what's happening?
I'm still just working through the program, working on responding in dms.
How's that going?
That's good, actually.
Getting some conversations going.
Yeah. Getting some good combos going. Some engagement.
Nice.
Yeah. And then just working on, you know, my event for next week.
Have you booked any more people for your event?
Not yet.
Okay. Any of those people respond in dms?
They did, actually. One responded and is coming, so I guess I did book one.
Okay.
From the dms? Yeah.
Do you want any help with DMS or you feel like you're pretty good?
I feel like I'm good right now.
Okay, cool. So we're gonna do an ask post for tomorrow. So any of you guys that want to create one. Janice, Josh, Leland, we can. Brandon, if you want to think of something you can do. Jody, I would probably give it till next week and just kind of get your engagement back up. That's kind of a big thing that I see. That would really help you have better results with your ask posts and then, you know, just getting the DM process dialed in.
So, like, the next two, three days, should I. On the weekends, when you kind of say you can post, like, show me your weekend or something like that, that's when I get the most. Should I kind of do that for the next three days or till Monday?
Yeah, it's fine. Like Saturday, Sunday, if you have lifestyle stuff or, you know.
Okay.
Yeah. Do you have anybody that's done really well with the pro nutrition program that you have like a before and after or. No.
For me, everyone that I've shown has been technically clients with our other weight loss program with Kyro Thin or laser.
Got it.
So I'm kind of using that.
But I did some VIP examples if you need to.
Yeah, that's what I actually messaged who did it this morning, Bridget posted one and I messaged her and was like, can I share your case study? And she was like, yeah, Cole just shared Nick's from his yesterday. So.
Yeah, got it. Okay. All right, let me find. Okay, so let's go here. Are you doing a. A training thing for tomorrow, Brandon? And ask.
Oh, for say. No, not tomorrow.
Okay. You can't do it.
We're gone all day tomorrow. We're going to the gorge. We're camping out there for the week or weekend. Sorry.
Got it. Did you record that? You didn't record that video about.
To lead people into the training?
Yeah.
No.
Okay. And you won't have time to do it today?
No, I can do it today. Yeah, I can. I can at least make the video promoting the training.
Yeah, the biggest thing you would do today is you make the video tomorrow. You would put like a two step. Hey, just recorded a training on xyz. All you're gonna do is send them the training.
Yeah.
In messenger, if you feel like it's too big of a distraction, you know, then like obviously don't do that tomorrow. But you can still record the training. Yeah, definitely got to get ahead on some of this stuff, man. So, like, this is the stuff that's really going to build a pipeline of value.
Yeah.
And we come back in in like another week and then we do an ask specifically around that, right?
Yeah, yesterday. Because I like to try to, like we talked about, like, kind of have stuff go out like Thursday, prep it for Friday, and then, you know, maybe get more engagement over the weekend or Friday into the weekend. But I didn't even make it to my office yesterday. My tranny went out of my truck. I broke down on the freeway. Stranded out there for two hours.
What kind of truck you got?
Dodge Ram.
That's why, man.
Yeah, you got to get a Hummer.
Maybe. Maybe that would work too well in Spokane.
Yeah.
All right, let's go through. I'm going to share my screen. So any of you guys that have these coming up for tomorrow, we're going to use this one. So, Janice, you got a big launch, you know, for your. For your open house. Next week. So we're gonna do this for that. Let me. So take this whole thing. I'm giving you in messenger, Josh. I'm gonna give you the template too, Leland. If you want it, let me know. Yeah. Leland, you want the template to this? Are you? Yeah. All right, hold on. All right. Okay, so we're going to take this. Can somebody tell me. All right, Janice, I'll start with you because I kind of know what you're doing. So tell me, tell me some of the key things about your M sculpt that you want to kind of like put. What. What does it do?
So it helps to get rid of subcutaneous and visceral fat and build muscle at the same time.
How about like one 30 minute session? Like, what is. Yeah, equipment too.
20, 000 contractions. Muscle contractions, which you can't do in a gym.
Well, it would take you a long time, right?
Yeah. Your lactic acid might build up before you finish it.
Do you lose fat in like one session?
Yes. You lose fat, both visceral and subcutaneous.
Okay, so big news. I'm excited to share that I'm launching a new. What would you say this is? New what?
Contouring treatment.
New fat loss treatment.
Yeah, that's good.
So here's the thing you guys want to remember is, like, the. The natural thing we always go to is M Sculpt. Okay. But, like, what is the result of M sculpt? And that's how we lead. Do you see what I'm saying? So, like, even people at M Sculpt, they're very driven off of their machine and making it about the machine, but we got to make it about the results. That's how people communicate. You see what I'm saying? Yeah.
Yep.
So, all right, big news. I'm excited to share a new fat loss protocol. I'm not even going to say treatment protocol. Okay. That helps with losing unwanted fat and is equivalent to 20k reps in a gym in just one treatment. All right, let's see what this comes up with. Okay, so how's this look?
Yeah, that looks good.
Okay, so I'm going to edit this a little bit because I think it might be too big. Okay, so on this, you're going to need to post this from your phone, not from your computer. And then it needs to have a colored backdrop. I gotta reduce some of the characters in it. Okay, so, Josh, I'm gonna come to you next, so go ahead and try to try to post it, Janice. Or at least, like, run it through on your phone. It might be too big, but we got to kind of test it. Now, if it is too big, I'll have to shorten it a little bit. Okay, here's one way you could shorten it. Instead of the full 20,000 reps, just put 20k and then instead of in the gym, just get rid of that. Let me. Let me help you with this real quick.
How do you know if it's too big?
It won't let you do a colored backdrop.
Okay. Yeah, it did with how it was.
It. It let you put it on there with a colored backdrop?
Yeah.
Let me see. Nice. Okay, cool. Just. So just save that for tomorrow morning.
Okay.
You might want to do a blue or black. Blue or back. Blue or black background? Yeah. Okay, cool. Okay, Josh, what's the protocol, man? We're going to work on.
The low back. Will do.
Is it low back sciatica protocol or just low back?
Just. Just low back. Just make it general. Or should I be. Be more specific? Will that create more interest? You think.
I just put low back pain protocol.
Okay.
Okay. So what. What is it gonna help people do? So, like, do you see how it's like, hey, target stubborn, fat right? Targets 50.
It's. It's gonna help them. I would say with. With sleep, better create more energy. And feel. I would say feel, feel more. Stronger. Increase range of motion.
Let's see what it comes up. Cool. How's this sound? Big news. I'm launching a new low back pain protocol that guarantees 50% less pain in just 30 days. 2. Extra energy and helps you feel stronger than ever. Curious how this works. Drop us strong for more details.
Yeah, I like that.
All right, cool. So go ahead and test that on a backdrop. Leland, what do you want to do on yours?
I'm gonna do the same thing, but I'm gonna do the low back and sciatica. So I'll just. I'll just. Just send me the same thing and I'll edit that tip in sciatica.
All right, cool. It's a little bit long, so I'm going to change a couple things. It. Awesome. Okay, cool. All right. So what's. What's the biggest thing you guys are learning from this?
Well, I've noticed that since doing all the dms, I've actually incorporated that into.
My scripting in my office when I have a patient come in from, let's say, like, Google.
And it's just because I've done it so many times on my computer, it's just already in my head. So I'm already asking, so what have you done about it?
And it's really cool to see, so it works. Cool. Josh, what do you. What are you learning from this? I've.
I've been making. Sorry, my.
On here.
Yeah.
I've been making things more complicated with the questions, so just keep it simple.
Okay, cool. Brandon, what are you learning, man?
Yeah, I mean, I'm kind of with them. Like, I just gotta. I just gotta make stuff happen, dude. And not try to overcomplicate all these things and want to overdo it. Consistency and just doing it outweighs making it perfect, you know?
And you know what? Let me ask you this, okay? For all of you guys that are perfectionists or wanting to do things perfect, what's going to make something better? Is it doing it multiple times or is it, like, not doing it at all or waiting around to do it? Consistency.
Repetition.
Like, kind of think of it this way. It's like, dude, the only way you're gonna get better at making reels is to actually, like, make more reels.
Yeah.
Okay. The only. And here's what I always know. The ones that I spend the most time on and I kind of have all planned out. I'm like, dude, this is going to do amazing. They bomb every time, the one that I make. And, like, I'm just like, hey, here's. Blah, blah, blah. Like, it always crushes it way more than the one that I sat there forever and made.
Yeah.
Okay, so just. Just get used to, you guys. Get into that thing of like, okay, now I'm starting to overthink and just kind of, like, ruminate on it. I just need to get up and launch it. And that's really, honestly, like, why our engagement posts, like, they're not really meant for you to use the rest of your life, like, every day, but, like, hey, if the bare minimum I could put out was that at least I got something out, none of your ideal people are going to be like, oh, my gosh, he just posted another engagement post. Like, they don't even know what the heck you're doing.
Yeah.
So, Janice, what are you learning from this?
Yeah, really? That, you know, the engagement and even, like, we were talking about yesterday, the people that didn't necessarily comment on the post, but just liked it, to even reach out to them and get them engaged and try to get them into it. Well, really send them a message in the DM saying, you know, hey, I saw you like my post and try and get them engaged that way as well. Just to. To build that up.
Nice. And you know, the good thing is like you, you've been in here for a week, you've already got eight people, you know, ready to go for your open house.
Yeah, I do. I did want to kind of circle back if you got a second to the DM question you asked me. I, I did reach out to a couple people that were like, hey, I can't make it. Um, and one I told you was one of my friends was traveling. She's not back until after the 11th. So where to go from there with the, you know, the conversation? Since now the, the open house is going to be over, there's no longer going to be any demos, but how to get them into, you know, to potentially book a treatment, what's there?
So you got to, you got to always got to work through their tier one problem.
Okay.
So, you know, hey, Janiece, when it comes to your health or hey, I noticed, you know, you did comment about, you know, the treatment we have. You know, do you mind if I ask you a couple questions? Like, hey, when it comes to your health, what are you most focused on today? Weight loss, Fat loss. They're probably going to say, oh, I want to lose weight or I want to lose fat. Okay, cool. How much are you looking to lose? And then you just start working your way through that conversation.
Okay.
So if, if that's part of it, then you can obviously just say, hey, if I could show you how we help our patients or clients reduce fat, you know, and would you be opposed to coming in for a 15 to 20 minute appointment? So you're not, you're not going to give anybody. So let me ask you this, if somebody comes in after this demo, it's not a free demo anymore, how much would it be to use it?
So then we're focusing on selling a package at that time.
So even if it's my first time in, you're going to sell me the package or you're going to have me do it first and then try to sell me the package.
So the hard part about that is the consumable with it. So every time I turn the machine on it, it uses up some of.
The treatment number is like, should you charge, would you charge? Do they Recommend you charging 97 for that? Do they recommend 197 for like the first time or what? What do they tell you per treatment?
Is that what you're asking?
If, if it was a lead who was interested in. You're like, hey, either you pay 2k but like they haven't Even tried it, I think it would be harder for them to do it if it's a first time. I'm guessing they probably have like a 97, like, firsttime treatment or something like that.
Honestly, they. They haven't even talked about that.
Okay.
They just. I'm gonna say this into the booking. Yeah.
How much is a normal? How much is a normal? Like, if I buy a package of like 6 to 8.
That will vary, but I would say in my area, anywhere between 3,400 and 5,000 for six.
Okay. So each session is how much on that?
850 will be the minimum.
850? Really?
That's what they recommend? Yes. Yeah.
Okay.
They, they. If. If you're going to advertise the price, the. They're, you know, the company says don't. Don't advertise it for any less than 850. Now if you get people in and you want to decrease, you know, the package, then you can do that there.
Yeah. I'm just trying to figure out what is your cost like, to actually use it, and then it covers the cost of that. So if it was like $97, it cost you.
It be 500. So the, the. It would be 500 per treatment.
That's what it cost you.
Yeah.
Okay. Wow. Okay. I thought that was like, I thought was around 97 or 197. So I mean, I don't know. I mean, I think it's. I think it's a lot to ask somebody to come in and spend 3k on something they haven't used. Like a body contouring device versus, like somebody buying like a weight loss package. Right. It's like, it's different because the device is now the thing doing it, not the weight loss program.
Right.
So I would find out from them what is your exact cost? Like, because they run ads, they run Facebook ads to people, which has to have like a low barrier of entry in order to make it happen, which typically would be like, Hey, 97, your first visit. And then you would try to upsell them at the end of that. So what I would do is just schedule like a 20, 25 minute appointment with them and go over the options of either the weight loss program selling at three months at once or doing like a fat loss protocol, which we can go through that tomorrow. But if you could get me that information by tomorrow, just write this down to ask them if you have a rep. Ask them if, if you're running Facebook ads, what. What. What is the ad offer that you would push people to and Then ask him like what he would typically recommend charging. Somebody can't make it to the open house. Like, and they wanted to come in and try it. Like what would you charge them for one session? And then tomorrow we can kind of work through that.
Okay.
Does that make sense? Yeah.
In any of the, it does. In any of the conferences I've, I've been to with the company.
They'Ve never.
Recommended demoing the, the treatment because of how much it costs for the applicators. Because, you know, every time you turn the machine on to use uses up some of the, the function of the applicator.
Right. But as long as you're covering the cost of that, you know, I mean if you're giving it to people for free for your open house, well, they're.
Using, they're bringing their own applicators. So like the rep will be there and they're bringing a whole different set of applicators that.
So it's not the same machine.
It, it's the same machine but you can take the applicators off. So I won't have to use my applicators where, you know, doing a demo won't decrease the number of treatments that I can do. So they bring in, you know, demo applicators essentially to do the, the demonstrations so that it's not affecting the number of treatments I can do with the ones that I purchased.
Got it. Okay.
Yeah.
All right, cool. Any other questions by anybody?
No, I guess maybe just super quick so I can actually do this today just for that, for that training setup. So basically what I'll do, I'll just do a super quick short video to saying like, you know what we talked about. Hey, I just recorded this 10 minute video. Like, hey, houses are sitting a lot longer. You know, my peers are saying their listings are, are dead slow. I just recorded a training on my top three things to make sure your house moves as quick as possible and for the most amount of money, you know, comment, whatever, and I'll send you the training that seem right.
I sent, I sent you an example in, in messenger.
You did it.
Okay, so just send me, just send me. Make whatever you want for tomorrow lined up with that.
Okay.
And just send it to me first before you post it tomorrow.
Send you the what you're gonna, what.
You'Re going to put out and then I'll tell you what you need to fix or change. But the video should be 8 to 10 minutes, 8 to 12 minutes long.
You want to see that too, the training. Okay.
I don't need to See the training, but just the video needs to be 8 to 12 minutes long.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. The training will be. Yeah, eight to 12 minutes. And then just like the reel or whatever I post to promote it will be short.
I mean, it doesn't need to be a real. It just needs to be an ask, like a colored backdrop. Just like I created for these guys. Okay, but I gave you. On Monday in Messenger, I gave you my example. All you got to do is just put it towards real estate and then you know your. What your video is about.
Okay, gotcha.
So you don't need to do a video on it.
Okay. You like the. You like just posting it as text, rather.
It'll do 10 times better. 100 times better, actually.
Okay.
If you want to do. If you want to do a video, you can do it and put it in your stories, but don't. Don't do it as a real. It won't do. You can do it on Instagram if you want, but it won't do as well on Facebook.
Yeah, gotcha.
Colored backdrop will do a hundred times better than you doing a reel with the same thing.
Yeah. Cool.
So cool. Okay, guys, let me know if you need anything else. Appreciate you guys being on today, Janice. I'll see you tomorrow. Josh, if you guys are doing these ask posts.
Yep.
Go review how to make your first 10 to 20k. Go review the DMS and then also review the dos and don'ts in that section. Because the one thing I see people do is they post and then they don't respond to anybody for four or five hours. So make sure when you post that ask, you want to make sure you comment back on those people.
Yeah.
You got to send them dms. So make sure you know what DMS you're going to send them. That's a big thing. And then make sure you share it in the group. You go comment on 20 other people's stuff so they'll come and comment on yours.
Okay.
Okay. Regardless. If they're. So here's what I'll say. Regardless. So, Josh, let's say everybody on this thread right here comments. If they're not a lead, just comment back. Hey, sent you a message, but you don't need to message them.
Okay.
Okay. But you got to do that regardless, because what I'll see a lot of times is no one will comment on anybody from hbl, and they'll only comment on people's stuff. That's not non hbo, and then that doesn't help your algorithm. Okay.
Okay.
So make sure that you're, you know, doing that. Okay, cool. All right, guys.
Jess, will you, will you send me a, like a calend so I can schedule with you for next weekend for a one on one?
Yeah.
Okay, I'll get that set up right away so we can go over everything from, from tomorrow's posts.
Okay, cool, man.
Awesome.
All right, we'll talk to you guys later.
Okay, thanks.
All right, bye. Bye. See ya.
