The adductors on your inner thigh attach to your pelvis and affect how your back moves. Place a foam roll under your inner thigh, roll back and forth focusing on the spot a third of the way up from your knee, and rotate your hips away to deepen the stretch.

The adductors are a group of muscles that are on the inside of the thigh and help adduct or bring in your leg. They attach to the pelvis, which means that they influence how both the pelvis and the back move as well too. So here's a great way to try and loosen that up a little bit. You're going to bring a foam roll parallel to body, and then, uh, thigh, inner thigh is going to come up onto the foam roll itself. You're going to roll back and forth and find a couple of hot spots. Typically, I typically like to go about a 1/3 up from my knee and then rotate my body and my hips away from the foam roll. What that does is it gets an active lengthening of that muscle, getting the hips involved, which can create some feedback into some of the stretch receptors in that muscle to allow it to continue to lengthen or relax a little bit. So give that sucker a try and let me know how it goes.
