In this vlog, Jethro Patalingon, also known as drag queen and music artist Virginia Please, documents the creation of his new song "PI" and its accompanying music video. He introduces himself and his artistic persona, explains that the song tackles corruption in the Philippines, and clarifies the dual meaning of the title. Jethro describes his rapid, AI‑assisted production process using the Suno app, where he hummed a progression that the AI turned into a full track, which he then wrote lyrics for and recorded. He walks viewers through his makeshift home studio, detailing costume designs that merge red, blue, and yellow motifs to echo the Philippine flag, and humorously recounts interruptions from his cats and the impact on his roommate. He gives a shout‑out to 22 Tango Records (Kathy and Red) for mixing and mastering, and ends with a call to action to follow him on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, download the song, and share the upcoming video.

Hello, I just wanted to document my process. By the way, my name is Jethro Patalingon, AKA Virginia Please, Drag Queen for a Cause. Please add me on TikTok and Instagram and Facebook and YouTube. I'm making a music video for my new song. Yes, I am a music artist and as well as a drag queen. I just recently got back into music because there was a need. I wanted to write a song about the corruption in my motherland. And the song is entitled "PI," appropriately, which could mean Philippine Islands or also "potakolina." Wait, hold on. My cat is actually using my treadmill. Go, Casper, go, go! Yeah, my cats have been the biggest challenge in terms of filming here at my place because, as you can see, I have transformed my place into a mini studio and it's been like this for 4 days now. I feel so bad for my roommate. She I couldn't sleep because of this setup, and the cats have been playing. But anyways, this is the last character that I'm going to do in my music video, and I am going to emulate Mother Nature. I'll be wearing a wearable sculptural artwork which I've made, which is in the red motif. Yesterday I was in a blue motif, a modified Igorot interpretation of mine. And what I plan to do is to merge both of them in one frame so that the red and the blue with the yellow accent in each of them can sort of signify our flag and therefore the Philippines as well. But yeah, here's my studio. And say hello to Gordy! Gordy, say hello! Hi Gordy! This is Casper, my cat, and that is Harry. They are my helpers or interrupters for my music video. And this is Larry, Larry boy. Yeah, and hopefully I will finish this music video by tomorrow, which is Wednesday. I started filming last Saturday, I think, so this is my 4th day. I wrote this song about 2 weeks ago, and shout out to 22 Tango Records or Kathy and Red who who helped me mix and master the song. I wrote it in a whim. I discovered to produce songs— well, we're all using AI now— by this AI app. I use an AI app called Suno, and I literally hummed my progression, and I created an entire track. And then I wrote on it really fast and recorded it, and boom, 2 weeks later— a week later, I have a song. And now, 2 weeks later, I am finishing my music video. So I'm going to release this inside scoop after I release music video. So I hope support me, download the song if you can, and also reshare the music video. This has been Jethro, AKA Virginie, please thank you so
