Now, the interesting thing is that he is based in the UK but serves companies in Asia. So we talk about how he makes that remote model work and why he is a big fan of virtualizing agencies and moving to an Uber model. And in the episode, he'll explain exactly what he means by that. And that's interesting because because it's in direct opposition to what I often recommend to my clients.
