A short YouTube tutorial by LARRUZ (uploaded August 20, 2024) that demonstrates how to create AI-generated selfies for free using Instagram's Meta-powered in-app AI. The speaker gives a step-by-step walkthrough: open Instagram, go to Messages, start a chat with Meta's AI, allow terms, take a few photos, then re-enter prompts (e.g., "Imagine me as a cowboy") to receive stylized selfies. The creator says the process is free and quick (about 30 seconds) and shows multiple example outputs (cowboy, astronaut, ballerina, influencer).
