I Tried Making a VIRAL AI Video! (24h Challenge)

LARRUZ builds a faceless YouTube video in 24 hours by copying a viral self-care format with a female twist. He uses ChatGPT for the script, an AI voice from 11 Labs, stock footage from Envato, and Midjourney for art, then uploads it with monetization via ads and affiliate links.

1.7 million views. 1.5 million. 1 million. These videos were published in the last four months. And with only nine videos, a channel got over 100,000 subs and is racking up over 1 million views each month and thousands of dollars. And guess what? The channel is only five months old. So today I'm going to challenge myself to create a similar video from start to finish in only 24 hours. I'm going to create a new channel and use the same proven strategy that helped this channel grow. But of course I by adding my own twist. And it all starts with analyzing what's already working. So the channel creates videos about self care and self improvement for men. And if we take a deeper look, we'll notice a few things. The average video length is four minutes. Why does that matter? Well, the longer people watch your video, the more YouTube will recommend it. And a four minute video has a higher chance for people to watch it all through than a 15 minute one, for example. And by the way, I highly recommend you keep watching because I'll share unique techniques you've never seen before to speed up the process. Now, alongside the eye catching thumbnails, they use a fast rhythm video style which is clean, simple and straight to the point. And besides the YouTube ad revenue, this channel generates affiliate commissions by recommending relative products in the videos. Now these are great techniques we can use to start a new channel, but at the same time, we need to make something different to stand out. So I decided to create videos on the same topics, but targeting females instead of males. And to validate my idea, I searched for similar videos targeting females and found the following. Two months ago, two million views and another one with 1.8 million views. Five months ago, two and a half million views. Seven months ago, 4.2 million views. Even a recent video got 100,000 views in two weeks. So clearly and without a doubt, this is a great niche to build a new channel around. But I'll be transparent with you, this is not how I personally find ideas. If you want to get the strategies that allowed me to grow this channel quickly, click the first link and join the waitlist. Because soon I'll drop something mind blowing. So after I found a good idea, I went straight to ChatGPT to brainstorm channel names. And it didn't take long to come up with poised and pure. The channel image was generated in midjourney and the banner was planned in ChatGPT and designed on Canva. It's now officially ready to launch its first video. However, we still have lots of Work to do, from writing the script, designing the thumbnail, recording the voiceover, all the way to editing a professional video and uploading it to YouTube. But to see all that happen, we must first find a good video idea, which is usually the hardest part of the process. There are tons of ways to brainstorm video ideas, but for today, we're going to tap into what I like to call the recycle machine method. This is all about spotting a video that's recently gone viral and then making our own version of it. But since I'm in love with ChatGPT, I've added a twist to this method. So here's what I did. First, I asked ChatGPT to take the role of an expert content creator. And after sharing all the details about my channel, I made sure everything was good to go. Next, I made a list of recent popular YouTube videos in my niche with basically two columns, the video title and the number of views. And because I'm using ChatGPT Pro, I took advantage of the advanced data analysis feature to upload my list and request similar video ideas for my channel. It took only seconds to generate many cool ideas that we could use, and I was surprised with the results as most of them seemed like perfect video ideas. But the idea that really caught my eye was how to glow up mentally. So I did a quick YouTube search and found a similar video that did well over the last five months, which is a good sign. After finding a video idea, I usually brainstorm ideas for the title and the thumbnail. So as for the title, I went with the Female's Guide to a Mental Glow Up. And as for the thumbnail, I looked at what's already working on other channels and did something similar. But the twist is that I used midjourney to create the images, so the pictures you see right now are not real. I then went to Canva to finish designing the thumbnail by putting the images together and adding the text. Honestly, if I saw these pictures online, I'd think they are real people, not AI generated. So we've now got a good video idea, a strong title, and an eye catching thumbnail. This means we have only three steps left. Writing the script, doing the voiceover, and editing the video. But with only 20 hours left, I don't think it's enough time to use my typical script writing process where I usually outline the entire video first and then write the script based on that. That's why I'm going to show you how to use ChatGPT the right way to make writing YouTube scripts easier. So let's say you like the style of this video. Copy the link and head to ChatGPT. Here you'll need to enable a plugin called Video Captions. After that, type video script, paste the link and hit enter. Now this plugin will transcript the entire video for you. So as you can see, this is the script used in the video. After that, copy the script, open a Google Doc, paste the script here, and save the document as a text file. Now go back to ChatGPT and open the conversation in which you generated the video idea. Upload the text file and ask ChatGPT to write a similar script for your video. And also ask to keep the same writing style and video structure. Once you press Enter, you'll notice the bot analyzing the script you've provided and in a couple of minutes you'll end up with a script similar to the viral video. But I don't recommend using the script as it is. I suggest you go through it and add your unique touch. But in general, this method will save you lots of time if you use it correctly. So I spent some time refining my script, I made some changes and it was ready to be recorded. And here I have two options. The first is finding a freelancer to do the voiceover. And the second is to use AI. And to be honest, I don't recommend using AI for YouTube videos as you might risk your channel not getting monetized. But after trying a few AI text to speech software, I came across 11 labs and I was shocked because there was a voice that could be a perfect fit for the video.
Close your eyes and be ready because in the next few minutes I'm revealing.
Yes guys, I decided to go with it and all I needed to do was paste the script here and click on generate to download the voiceover. I used Adobe Audition to clean the voice and mix it with the music. To find tons of royalty free music you can use the YouTube audio library. So at this point I had everything ready and the only thing left was to edit the video and publish it on YouTube. Now video editing is the part where most people struggle with and it's usually the most time consuming task. But luckily I have some good experience in editing videos and I think it took me like five hours to finish editing the video which is completely fast compared to my main videos on this channel. So when you edit faceless videos, the best thing to do is is use stock footage and your creativity to make it engaging. I used Envato elements to find stock footage for this video which is a paid option but if you're on a tight budget, you can use free websites like pexels.com so what you need to do is basically go through your script section by section and download relevant clips. In my script, for example, the intro starts with close your eyes and be ready. So a relevant video to use here is a female closing her eyes. So I can basically search for that right here and download the clips I like. And then we have. Because in the next few minutes I'm revealing the four game changing steps to a mental glow up. So here we can use clips related to time, like a clock, for example, something for mental health, like this clip I found here. And if we put everything together, we'll get something like that.
Close your eyes and be ready. Because in the next few minutes I'm revealing the four game changing steps to a mental glow up that changed my life.
Simply spend some time and ensure your video is engaging by adding sound effects, captions, zoom in and zoom out, etc. And at this point I had everything ready and all I needed to do was click the publish button. And if you want to watch the full video, click the first link in the description. And don't forget to subscribe to my channel, because what comes next is unexpected.
