The video also summarizes AI enhancements in Paint, Photos, Snipping Tool, Clipchamp and Smart App Control, explains upgrade paths (consumer: requires Windows 11 22H2 → 23H2 via Settings → Windows Update; commercial/edu: supports upgrades from Windows 10 2004 via enterprise tools), cites adoption statistics and notes user concerns about privacy, accuracy, and hardware compatibility (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot).

So Microsoft has just unveiled a major Update for Windows 11 featuring a new AI assistant, Copilot. That's right, Windows 11 now comes with its own AI assistant designed to assist you in a range of tasks. This includes searching for information and inspiration on the Internet, as well as helping you handle your system settings and productivity tools. This update is really exciting and I'm eager to share more details with you. But first, please remember to like this video and subscribe to my channel for more great content like this. Also, make sure to activate the notification bell so you're always updated with my latest posts. Alright, so let's talk about the Windows 112023 update. Microsoft tells us this update brings together all the newest features and adds some extra improvements. A key addition is the Copilot in Windows. This is an AI driven helper that combines Bing Chat and OpenAI plugins to offer real time help and information. It's designed to boost your creativity and productivity by keeping you focused and streamlining your work process so you don't have to keep switching between different applic. Microsoft has also ensured that this update installs quickly and smoothly through their efficient update process. Now, what does Copilot actually do? It's a step ahead of other AI assistants like Siri or Cortana, which typically answer questions or execute basic tasks. Copilot is more advanced, capable of creating text and other content based on what you tell it. For instance, it can assist you in writing emails, summarizing web pages, generating images from ideas, and more. It can also help you manage your computer's settings, organize Windows using Snap Assist, fix problems, and locate documents or files. Moreover, Copilot connects with popular apps and services like Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Essentially, it acts as a versatile personal assistant for your computer needs. Using copilot in Windows 11 is straightforward. You can start it by clicking its icon on the taskbar or using a keyboard shortcut. Windows C When you open Copilot, it appears as a sidebar on your screen without covering your other work. It operates alongside your other applications, ready for use at any time. Copilot offers three conversation, more creative, more precise, and more balanced. These options influence how Copilot responds based on what you need for creative tasks like image generation. Choose More creative For summarizing a web page, more precise might be better. You can interact with Copilot using voice or text. Just tell or type your request in normal language, and Copilot works to provide the best response or solution. For example, say, turn on dark mode to change your PC's appearance or write an email to my boss about the project update to create a draft email. You can also ask follow up questions or provide feedback to improve CoPilot's responses or get more detailed information. And it isn't just for daily tasks, it's also great for creative projects or learning new things. If you're starting a blog about AI technology but need ideas, ask Copilot for suggestions. It will provide current trends and topics in AI. Or if you're interested in learning Python coding without prior experience, Copilot can guide you to online courses and resources to start from the beginning now the Windows 11 new update also brings some other AI powered features that can make your experience even better. Firstly, the Paint program now has advanced tools that let you edit photos professionally and create impressive art. With the help of AI, you can improve your photos, get rid of things you don't want in the picture, use various filters, and do much more. The Photos app is another useful tool. It assists you in cropping and erasing parts of your photos, as well as adjusting colors and lighting. Moreover, it has a feature for creating videos from your pictures, using AI to add smooth transitions, effects and music, making your videos look amazing. The snipping tool has also been upgraded with AI. It simplifies editing by allowing you to copy and hide text from screenshots. Additionally, you can annotate your screenshots and share them easily. Clipchamp is a video editor that utilizes AI to simplify editing your footage. AI helps you with tasks like trimming, cropping, rotating, stabilizing, and improving the quality of your videos. You can also add titles, transitions, filters, and music to make your videos stand out. Another feature, Smart App Control, uses AI to determine which apps are safe for you to download and use on Windows 11. It also helps you manage app permissions and settings, enhancing your device's security and privacy. These features I mentioned are just a few of the AI powered tools in Windows 11 that make things easier and faster for you. There are many more features I haven't talked about in this video, but I encourage you to explore and find them yourself now. Stat Counter reports that around 16.62% of computers use Windows 11. That's for all sorts of computers, including ones with different Windows versions or other systems like macOS and Linux. When you look at all types of devices, including phones, tablets and gaming consoles, about 7.54% use Windows 11. That's quite good, especially since Windows 11 only came out in October 2021. Windows 10, however, is still much more popular. It's on 71.62% of computers and 32.64% of all devices, but this could change Microsoft plans to stop updating Windows 10 in October 2025, so people will need to move to Windows 11 or choose another system to keep getting security updates and new features. When it comes to Windows 11 and its feature Copilot, there are a few concerns and limitations that users might face. One issue is privacy. Some users are worried about how Microsoft handles their personal data and voice recordings when using Copilot or other AI features. Microsoft assures that they respect user privacy and do not use personal information without consent. Users also have the option to adjust their privacy settings and delete their data whenever they want. Another concern is about the accuracy of the AI generated content by Copilot. Microsoft claims to use advanced machine learning and algorithms to ensure the results are accurate and useful. Users can also provide feedback to help improve these AI features over time. Then there's the issue of availability. Some users may not be able to Upgrade to Windows 11 or use Copilot due to compatibility problems with their hardware or software. Microsoft requires certain system specifications for Windows 11, like TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot for better security and functioning. To check if your device is suitable for Windows 11, you can use the PC Health Check app or the why not win 11 app. As for getting the Windows 112023 update, the process is different for regular users versus business or education users. For general users, your device needs to already have Windows 11 version 22H2. You can update by going to Settings, then to Windows Update and enable the option to receive the latest updates. After this, select Check for Updates. If your device is compatible, you'll see an option saying Feature Update to Windows 11 version 23H2. Click on Download and Install to start updating your system. For those in the commercial or educational sector, your device should have at least Windows 10 version 2004. You can update through various methods like Windows Update for Business, Microsoft endpoint Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, or the Media Creation Tool. Microsoft has detailed information on these different methods in one of their blog posts.
