This is a YouTube video titled "Nvidia's New Star Wars Robot is Wild 🤯" created on March 25, 2025, discussing Nvidia's recent announcements, particularly focusing on a Star Wars robot developed in collaboration with Disney and Google DeepMind, showcasing new technology and a physics engine.
Nvidia announced a bunch of exciting things this week, but the one that really stands out to me is the Star wars robots that was walking across their stage. In case you haven't seen this, it's based on a bunch of new technology they released and comes from partnership with Disney and Google DeepMind. But the details on this thing and the motion. Obviously this uses a lot of the hard and software they've been presenting in the rest of the presentation. For example, it has a brand new physics engine that allows it to, well, walk across the stage like a little duck. I don't know, I've been following these stories all my life and tech still amazes me and this is just one of those moments and I wanted to share them.
