Let's talk about chatbots, shall we? A good way to think about chatbots and to communicate chatbots to people that don't really understand what's going on there, don't really understand how they function, because they don't really understand ChatGPT and how that operates in practice. Well, the best way to explain it this. It's not going to replace an entire department. It's not going to replace an entire company. It's like half an employee. And I say that because it lacks the ability to independently act upon its ideas. Right. If we talk about an HR chatbot that helps with onboarding. Hi there. How can I help you? It can certainly have all the standard operating procedures and all the various steps and tutorials you need to complete when joining the company. But when something goes wrong, it's not able to independently act, and that's why it's just half an employee. But that can be very valuable and you can always go ahead and deploy multiple chatbots, creating a bit of a workforce with various roles. So maybe you have one for HR and you have one for customer support.
