Why do you think upscaling the workforce in AI is so important right now? What we worry a lot about is you could view the world as the perspective of a have and have not as it relates to access to technology. The pace of technology is continuing to accelerate and the worry that we have is that if we don't ensure that everyone feels included, that gap, given the pace at which technology is moving, could become greater and greater. And in doing so, what we now know is that when you're not connected, it impacts your access to health care, it impacts your access to work. We want everyone to have access from an AI perspective. We're going to see a lot of jobs change. We're going to see jobs go away, we're going to see a lot of jobs emerge. And what you want to make sure of is that everyone has a chance to go after those jobs.
