It's totally an investment in helping yourself. Yeah, I was in a place of quitting. I wanted to quit. I wanted to walk away. It was just through the way in which you were coaching, I was able to retrain my mind to be able to jump that hurdle without even realizing I was putting that effort in, right? Same hurdle. It was almost like I could turn my iPad on and off and you'd be there like, this feeling or this thought is optional. And knowing that and recognizing that and acting on that made a massive difference. That's been really valuable to me. You know, it was kind of like, don't take your foot off the pedal. It was like, foot full down. Yeah. I was succeeding because it was just, it was that done is better than perfect. I will get this done. I can get this done. I am getting this done. I did get this done. I was seeing results like instantly. That was insane to me. And that brand new projects that I've not done before, Working in new sectors I've not worked in before, being good at them. I passed my case study well. They trust me in something I've never done before. So all these things are happening because of the work we've done. You're kind of not defined by something that you've been handed. There's a choice of how you feel, how you act, how you take that on. It's not hard work, but you just have to, you have to be willing to give the work a try and also yourself a try. It's totally an investment in helping yourself through whatever it is or wherever you need to get to. Everything's okay because I know Jo has me, because I know she's there, I know she's got me, so this is fine. I'm going to get through this, we're going to work through these feelings, going to work through these thoughts, like, because at the end of the day I've got someone. And you've like totally given me my superpowers back, you know, resilience, Perseverance. I feel so good, like I'm very excited right now. I feel like this has been an amazing, wicked journey. Wow, that really works! Yeah.
