I was partway through doing a course, and I was doing that in the job that I had at my pre— in my previous position. It was a really good opportunity for me to grow in my role, but I found myself just really procrastinating. It was like a life jacket that was thrown out to me because I thought to myself, this is what I need. I finished that course now, which is fantastic. Long story short, put in the application, got shortlisted. had an interview, and I was taken on in a developmental role, and that's where I am now. I've, you know, I've got potential of going up, up, up, up, up. A very, very different salary structure for me. This last bit of my career and my life, it's an amazing thing, amazing opportunity. If it's what you want and you feel that you can go out there and achieve it, you've just got to believe in yourself and just believe that you can do it, and I did. I completely believed that I I could do it, Jo, and, and here we are. You guided me down that road and you just made me see through the trees and it became, it just became clear and clarity and it's very, very liberating.
