Have you really done too much, or have you just done more? Have you just done more than what you've— what you did before? And sometimes it does take another person to be that mirror looking back at you and saying, you've not been doing exercise or activities for such a long time that it's no wonder that you're feeling exhausted from all of a sudden stepping it up to running 3 times a week, or whatever it might be. Some people can get that feeling of exhaustion from doing, like, just even doing the beginnings and just starting out. So yeah, I see a lot of people get stuck and not achieve what they're more than capable of and continue to struggle with chronic symptoms, which breaks my heart, and it's really sad to see because I know that there's answers and I know that if they're just open to hearing more, then they're going to do really well and they're going to recover, eliminate the symptoms, eliminate that chronic pain.
