vast majority of chronic pain and chronic symptoms is mind-body, and there is no chance that it can cause damage. And it's very, very difficult to believe because all symptoms, all pain is all real. It's all created in the same way. So it's really important that you do understand the difference Because we do need to experience pain. Pain is important, it's how we know that something's not right, but it's how we can decipher the difference to when it's a false alarm. So I know it's ridiculously real and very, very heightened, I had it, well, I had it for so many years that I've experienced enough of the different symptoms to, what's the word I'm looking for, validate everything that each and every one of you is going through because they're valid and there's nothing worse than somebody attempting to invalidate what you're feeling and saying that it's imagined or that it's in the mind, you know, it's all in your head, because it's not. It's real. We're dealing with very, very real things here.
