And then recently, after all this time that I actually— I think I even publicly declared myself as chronic migraine-free, and I still do publicly declare that because I've not had a migraine in— it was such a long time. It was like the longest gap ever. It was May last year, and I had another one recently, but it was so Um, and I was like, now I understand what people are saying when they say that recovery is not what, what I personally might have expected it to be. But it's, it's just about understanding and knowing what's going on and then being able to handle it really well with, with zero to little fear and attention and just knowing you're a, you're a human and humans experience these things. So yeah, so long story short, the migraine happened. I just sat there chatting with my daughter whilst I just shut my eyes for the duration and then got on with the day. So no major dramas. Didn't let it bother me. Didn't say, oh no, it's going to come back as bad as it used to be. I was just absolutely fine about it. I'm like, oh, I've got a story to tell because I'm a real human, and I've got the ability now to know these things and for it not to go and become chronic.
