I've probably got many, many examples of where I've not been compassionate to myself. Many, many, many. Yeah, where maybe I've been the patient, but I've been looking after someone else, you know, and not putting my needs first. What do they say? Good old expression. If you're on an aeroplane and the oxygen masks come down, what would you do? Whose oxygen would you put on first? Would you run around everyone else putting— helping them putting theirs on, or would you put your own oxygen on? There you go. Amazing one. I love that one.
