I used to every single year decide that I was going to cut down on chocolate because I always felt like I was having too much chocolate. And I was like, right, that's it now, I'm going to cut out chocolate. Did I ever succeed at that? Never, never. I once succeeded at it for a full month in January, did not enjoy that at all. So I'm more of a, I've gone down the road and I failed at that too many times to the point where I'm a now person. I'm just like, don't take away something that you love just add in more of the things that, that I do love, that I know are good for me. That's the best conclusion that I came to, rather than depriving myself of something that I really love, which was not helpful, because that will just drop away naturally with peace of mind and good feelings.
