Some people have never done journaling ever, and they've still recovered. And some people have only journaled and done nothing else and recovered. So there is absolutely no right or wrong. The question is, would you do this if you were well? And what's the intention behind it? Because my intention in the beginning was, let's give this a shot. What's to lose? And I was pleasantly surprised with the result. I was pleasantly surprised, but I think I had the initial let it out and then I didn't go back and revisit that. So yeah, have a mess around, you can do it however you like, you can do a pretend telephone call and don't even record it anyway, you can just hold Hold the phone up to your ear and, right, I just need to share some things. Right, I'm gonna let it out. Or you can even do that with a friend, someone who really is— you genuinely trust that you can be unique, share raw, as in the real stuff, not a held-back version of it. And good luck with it.
