I named it How to Stop Chronic Symptoms Coming Back. Well, I don't know why I called it that, if I'm honest, because you don't need to do anything intent. Like, like, you can't stop them coming back. I should have said this at the beginning. You can't, unfortunately. It's automatic. Your brain reserves the right to protect you, no matter how it will do that, whether it gives you anxiety, whether it gives you back pain, neck pain. But that I don't want you to be worried about that you can't stop that happening, because you can influence it, and that's what's the most important thing of all, is how you respond, um, if or when you do get that sensation returning, is more important than anything. So, um, the moment that you are no longer scared will be very helpful. Um, so yeah, don't worry if it does return.
