So for me, it's, it's, it's not been an instant, instantaneous, but I know, I just know that things are going in the right direction. And it's incredible what, what is possible. Because what you'll start to realize is that even though we cannot control our automatic autonomic nervous system, we can't say go away pain and it disappears in a click of a finger. And we can't say for it to switch on or off, because it's all unconscious controlled. We have no control on that. But the good news is that by understanding this stuff, and we have— we can influence the pain and the symptoms. So it's great news, because what we realize is that if we do these things, these approaches, then we can actually see reductions and completely change the experience of what, what's happening for us with our symptoms.
