Before we get into the tools and all these things and how to do stuff, which is a really easy way to get lost. You know, in the days of, well the days we're now there's AI tools for everything. There's new ones being released all the time. It's hard to keep up with it. So the last thing I want to do is overwhelm you with more shiny objects. What I want to do is take a step back and tell you about this simple framework, this three phased approach for creating, or it's actually planning. That's the first phase. Creating is the second. And then the third is distributing and marketing, putting your content out there effectively. And I'm not talking about just create content to create content. I feel like there's so much noise right now. Everybody can create content. It's getting easier and easier. The real, the, the, the gold honestly is, is in the planning phase. It's also in the strategy on how you get it in front of the right people. And, and that's maybe a deeper episode that we'll get into. I want to keep this one tight so it's simple for you to understand, you feel empowered and also you can empower your team. So I'm going to show some visuals in this one. It's also going to work on audio. But if you do have the opportunity, go to YouTube, go look up my name, Joe Fear, J O E F I E R and go find the YouTube channel and this video hit subscribe. Like all that fun stuff. Let me know you're there. Leave a comment. But that will show you the visuals so you can see all the different tools. So very first thing, let's talk about the steps. Planning step number one is the planning phase. This is where a lot of people get kind of stuck. You know, it's that blank page syndrome. So let's solve that. There's a couple of ways. I love to do it and I love to ramble. So what you see Right here is ChatGPT. Right now, this is on my web browser. You can't necessarily do this on the web browser, but this is going to be using the, the app on your phone. You can download a ChatGPT app and there's a voice feature in there that you can literally ramble into. So what I'll do is ramble a good, you know, maybe it's 5 minutes, 10 minutes sometimes and ramble my thoughts. You know, these are the thoughts that I think can become content. You know, it could be a podcast episode, an email, like a newsletter. It could be a promotion. I'm thinking of like with sequences of emails. The point is to capture that into something and then allow AI to help structure your thoughts. And if you're using ChatGPT, it's free. You can then prompt it to help organize your thoughts. Say, hey, put this into a framework for a solo podcast episode. Or maybe they're Like I said, for an email, maybe there's a framework or a flow for an email you like or a sequence of messages, a blog post, that's all possible. It's capturing your thoughts. Use ChatGPT for that. Another couple of tools that you can use to ramble into one I've talked about before is the Oasis app. So it's called the Oasis.com this is essentially made for rambling. You would just hit record. You could use the phone app or you can use the desktop app and essentially you can ramble up to like 10 minutes and then it's going to spit out a bunch of different next steps organizations of your thought. Organization doesn't really make sense. You get what I mean? So it's going to organize your thoughts so you can then do something with those things. It's going to help you kind of create or at least lead you towards the creation phase. Now, I will say one of the tools I'll recommend shortly and you've probably heard me talk about this. I've had the founder on Ramon and also Greg from their community is Cast Magic. It's one of my favorite tools. They also have a capture, like a Ramble capture option. It's only on the app. I don't, I think it's just iOS. It could be an Android, but it's only on the phone. As of now, they don't have a web interface capture option. So it depends on however you like to ramble. If you need to go on the desktop to ramble, I would say the Oasis app is the best. But if you want to capture on the fly, either ChatGPT or CastMagic would do the trick for you. Another thing you can do in the planning phase is to source information from your audience and from others. So a couple ways to do that. There's this page right here that I set up that you can even test out. It's@speakpipe.com hustleandflowchart so speak pipe, that's speakpip.com it's a free thing to start. And what you can do is direct people to this page, like this one you're looking at and, and you can prompt them to hit record and have them leave a voicemail for you up to 90 seconds. I think it is for free. And then what you could do is you can prompt them for what you want to hear. You know, maybe it's. It's given in the podcast or an email. And this could be content that you actually put inside your content, or it could be something you just want to hear feedback, responses, ideas for new content right here in voice message and you can export those audios and do what you will with those. Another option, and this is another free option and one that I want you to engage with. So this little inceptiony thing here is using Google forms. We probably all created a Google form. This one that you're looking at is@hustleandflowchart.com one thing. So that's o n e thing. Hustleandflowchart.com OneThing this I want you to do, so please pause and go here really quick is what is the one thing or one topic that you want me to cover in more depth or maybe have a guest invite them on to cover in more depth? And I just want to know that one thing. That's all it is. And that single most important topic. And that would allow me to then hear from you of what content to create. You see what I'm doing there. So you could do the same thing with your audience. You could post something like this to other people's audience. And then what you can do is get an export of all the responses in like a CSV form, depending on how many you get. And you can upload that back to ChatGPT or you can take it to Claude and have it analyze those responses and find some commonalities, pull out the things that people are saying most often and then create content on that. So that's the planning phase in a nutshell. Don't assume you have all the answers, but if you do, if you feel like you do, ramble them out. If you don't, then go ask. And it's always good to ask, of course. And definitely, you know, go to hustleandflowchart.com One thing I do honestly want to hear from you because it helps me make more content. Like this one, because this was a requested topic is content creation. I'm going to pause the episode really fast and shout out another show that's on the podcast network over at HubSpot. It's the audio destination for business professionals. This is Mistakes that Made Me. It's hosted by Iman Esmail. She is interviewing successful business owners and talking about, hey, what are those mistakes? What are the failures? What are the things that you hate to talk about that we can all learn from? I mean, like, let's be honest, do you like to talk about your mistakes? Probably not. Well, that's what she's talking about. And it's going to be there. It is there waiting for you to listen so you can learn from those lessons and learn how to get past them or navigate around those big boulders on your own journey to success. So go listen to mistakes that made me. Wherever you get your podcasts, are you looking to earn more online? It's time to meet Kartra. Head over to hustleandflowchart.com Kartra and snag a free 30 day trial. Trial again, that's Hustle and flowchart.com K A R T R A okay, now we're going to get into the creation phase. So that was the planning phase. Now we're going to get into creation and what I do to create this that you're looking at right now. This visual and audio podcast is using this tool, descript. So it's a great way to not only capture but to edit. It has a ton of AI features in there. Won't go into all the details now, but go check it out. You could try it for free as well. You can get your team in there. It's awesome. So best tool to capture and then edit for podcasts. And a lot of creators are using descript. Another tool I've been using lately is called Screen Studio. So Screen Studio, this is awesome. And I don't know if it has AI built in, but what this will do is it just makes screen recording literally beautiful. Like it does all these cuts in and out. It just makes it look super pro. And so if you're doing any kind of screen capture, tutorials, demo videos, maybe a proposal to clients or things, use this. It's pretty inexpensive, you can try it for free again, but then you have to pay it, I think, to export, do all these things. I love it. It's been great. It's been wowing a lot of people and it's great for training as well if you're creating courses. Screen Studio, I wish I had this like 10 years ago. I mean, it would have saved me so much Time. All right, moving on. So this is how I would capture video and audio. Now what if you don't have that and you want, maybe you have some text or you have ideas that you rambled or you got ideas for, and now you want to create amazing audio really easily. There's this tool that I literally just found out about the other day I haven't heard anybody talk about. It's called WonderCraft. So WonderCraft AI is a place where you could start for free and check, check this out. You can, with text and text only. You can use this to help you write or create audios like podcasts, like audiobooks, meditations even. There's all these different things you can do. So if we're going into, let's see here, I'm just gonna scroll down really fast. You can create podcasts with this. So how this works essentially is you can train your voice. So there's a separate way to train your voice called eleven Labs, a company that does it. It doesn't take more than maybe a minute or two of you speaking into an audio and then you upload it. And literally now the AI can modulate your voice and then train it in a way. So when you give Wondercraft, in this case, a script, a text script, it can now voice it in your voice, your natural voice with the cadence, and have this perfect studio quality. And. And then it outputs podcasts, it can output any other types of audios. There's Meditations, I saw that they have as well. It's going to, basically you can see it right here. There's all these different templates that you can use, different advertisements, different, different types of things that you can use audio. Try it out. If you're trying to create audio of any form, this thing is a quick way to get it done. Now how about you want to create video and base that off of text. So like, let's say again, you have written text and you want to create audio or sorry, video. It could be audio as well. Well, now you have this tool, heygen h e y g e n.com and this is a way to make studio quality videos using avatars that are trained on you. So now you can upload a video of yourself and into Heygin. It's going to learn what you look like and kind of some of your movements. And now you can feed it a script and then it cranks out a video that looks like you. It's obviously not perfectly you, but it is pretty dang good. Heygin is the tool you want to use for that so a lot of different use cases. Check all these tools out. There's so many ways to use this to create content quickly. Now, what if you want to make music based off of scripts? Well, there's this one here called suno.coms u n o.com and what you can do is. And this is again, you can try it for free. All you need to do is prompt it with a little bit of text and then it will crank out a song that literally can have lyrics in any format or any kind of type of music that you want and it will make it for you. Let me, let me just show you a little. Actually, I'm not a fan of the text at all on here because it goes against what I would even want to do. But I did this super fast. All I did is I said, hey, I want to make a beachy chill song with groovy beats that is made for entrepreneurs listening to the hustle and Flowchart podcast. Let's. Let's hear what it had to. What it did here. I'm just going to click this and hit play.
Sipping up your coladas in the sun Got my laptop open. Works never done. Chilling on the beach, waves crashing in tomb Listening to the podcast, feeling the groove.
So it's not totally my jam, nor do I would I ever want to sit on the laptop on the beach and work is never done. I mean, there's definitely lyrics in here that I don't like, but think about this. So as Soono now you can create, you can create any kind of music. Maybe it's a theme for your podcast or for anything else. You can make it instrumental, which is probably what I would do. But try this out because you get the rights to these as well. Suno Pretty dang epic. And it's done really quickly as well. All right, last one to create videos is another tool called invideo.
So in video.IO and it's exactly what it says on screen here. If you're not seeing it, you can create videos with text prompts. And what this will do is you give it a script or you can prompt it and there's a lot of ways to, you know, dial things in. It will now source a bunch of B roll and also put text over your video and give you the rights to that once you export it. So that's in video IO to Pretty dang epic. So lots of ways you can take a written text, like what you did in the planning phase, take it into this creation phase, and then you can crank out Videos, you can crank out audios, you can crank out music. Now there's all different ways to create in this creation phase using these AI tools. All right, now let's get into the distribution phase, the marketing phase. So let's say you have some of these tools now. What do you do with it? A couple ways to go about things. And these are tools I've talked about before. But again, in this sequence of, you know, the three buckets, it makes more sense to then put them back in here. Opus Clip or this is Opus Pro. So Opus Pro P R O is probably like the biggest named one in this space. And what they do is essentially you can upload video and it will then identify different clips and different lengths videos. It could be short videos, you know, it could be vertical, it could be horizontal, whatever you want. It's going to identify these using AI and try to pick out the ones that are going to be most engaging, most viral. And it will actually overlay the some B roll. It can overlay the subtitles and animate. It helps cut. It has an editor built in. It's pretty dang awesome. It even has a social posting automated tool built into this thing. So literally you can now take what you made in the creation phase. If it's audio or video, mainly video being best, plug it into here. And then now it's going to trim and chop all these different varieties of videos that you can use on a whole bunch of social media channels, different platforms, YouTube, uh, we're seeing some good growth on YouTube from shorts, YouTube shorts. And we're gonna do more of this. So this is actually one of the strategies we're going deeper on is to put all of our content, all of our interviews into Opus. And there's some other tools that we're experimenting with as well. And then that can now be pushed to other places like YouTube and honestly see what works. It's a big experiment and then you can link those to the other pieces of content within, you know, everything you're creating. So Opus Dot Pro is pretty dang awesome. Now the last tool I want to give is Cast Magic. I brought this up before, had some interviews on it. I think you see the power of the fact that when you create all this content, you want to, you know, you're spending really valuable time creating content one time. Well, make sure that that lives on other platforms. And what CastMagic specializes in is, is if we go down over here, it will give you a bunch of written very varieties of your content essentially. So it can give you different titles. It'll give you clips, written out quotes. It'll give you the social media posts that you can actually write in post. It'll give you emails, blog posts, things like that. This is going to allow you now to take the content you created in that creation phase and then push it out to other channels to with the written aspect. So if you're looking at Cast Magic, it's gonna take care of the writing parts of things and then opus over here will take care of a lot of the visual parts of things. And just think about what you could do when you start to combine all this stuff together. That's what I got for you. I'm gonna wrap it right there. I might go deeper on any one of these tools and do more of a tutorial, but if not, just go to YouTube. Like you can probably find a really good walkthrough of any of these tools out there right now. And I'm going to end on this again. Go to hustleandflowchart.com One thing, spell out one o n e thing and I want to hear what you have in mind for topics that you want me to go dive deeper in on or invite guests to cover. Because that helps me, it helps you, and we'll just do more of this awesome stuff of creating content, but also helping you out in the process. So that's what I got. Thank you very much. Like, subscribe, pass this around, rate, review wherever you're at to get more of this good stuff. And I will catch you next time.
Sipping up here Colitis in the sun Got my laptop broken Work's never done Chilling on the beach waves crashing in tomb Listening to the podcast feeling the groove sudden flow that's the way it goes to promote us a sin Everybody moves from sunny beaches to the city streets to taking over Turning dreams into feasts Surfboards and spreadsheets that's alarm.
