AI is taking over everything, right? Wrong. So if it weren't for the human creator in you, just like you, like myself and others, AI wouldn't even exist. But here's the twist. It's tools like ChatGPT, Claude, they don't just rely on us. They actually help amplify our creativity. So let me show you why you are actually the most important part of this whole AI revolution that we're seeing unfold and, and how you can use AI to take your work even further.
Marketers have never been so spread thin. You know, like, with all this stuff happening, technology is going crazy. It's really tough to really focus and get creative and, and create great content or connect with the customers like we used to, or even prospects. So, you know, you're trying to launch a bunch of content campaigns, you're generating leads, you're trying to score the leads, you're nurturing them so much more, but you really don't have enough time to even breathe, let alone do the best marketing out there. But HubSpot is trying to fix that for you. They have a new AI. It's built into the system called Breeze. So it actually combines their marketing hub and the content hub with all these different cool features that help you automate and, you know, remix your content into a whole bunch of different types, score your leads in a better way, and actually have a nice look at the analytics and everything that's going on in your business. So I would recommend to stop spreading yourself out so thin and start making some big moves with HubSpot.
You can try it out for yourself. Go visit HubSpot.com/marketers to learn more.
I want to pause for a moment and shout out another podcast on the HubSpot Podcast Network, your audio destination for business professionals. This one's called OG Mentors. It's hosted by Julie Mayer and Jimmy Edgerton. And these two, they're a pretty cool duo. Where one is, you know, Jimmy is a lot more on the loose side. I would say that Julie brings it in and keeps us focused on mentoring and movement. And so these folks, they focus on mentoring and exploring ways on how to augment and refresh, kind of like the way that mentoring is applied. And they have these principles that they weave into their episodes and they, they.
Give a bunch of practical tips and.
They lace it with a whole bunch of humor as well. It's always cool when there's a cool duo happening there. So if you're in the mentoring space or if you have a, you know, leadership space, relationship guidance, and things like that. That's what the podcast is made for. So you'll get a lot for it. It's great for entrepreneurs, marketers, sales professionals. They love the show as well. It's a great one. I've checked it out and I recommend it.
So.
So go listen to OG mentors wherever you get your podcasts.
Hey, before you get into the episode, I urge you to hit pause and go check out the AI digital mind.
It's like a digital twin of this podcast and a whole bunch of other content I've released.
Go to hustleandflowchart.com aijoe that's hustleandflowchart.com AI Joe. You can literally chat with this podcast with me and my guests in text, I audio and video for free. If you want one of these made for yourself, if you're Interested, go to hustleandflowchart.com interest and we make these things out, so enjoy. Let's get to the episode. So AI is dependent on human creators.
And the content that we create.
It's all of the books, it's the blogs, videos, podcasts, even the social media posts that we're putting out there. It's all the words that we're writing that we're speaking, speaking, the ideas that we're sharing, the different life perspectives that we have. It's the stuff like this is that's actually fueling the AI engine that, that everything is being built upon. So here's where it gets interesting. You know, AI, it's completely dependent on us as the foundation of its knowledge. It's all the data sets that it's trained on. But the thing is, AI can help us supercharge our work in so many different ways. You have tools like ChatGPT and Claude Gemini from Google. All of these can take you know, your raw ideas and help you brainstorm, refine, or even write entire drafts of new content that you want to create. So it's like having a creative partner there that's always ready to work. And then you have platforms like Delphi AI, which is a platform I've used for almost two years. I'm an advisor of it. I love it. And it takes things even a step further than that. So imagine it's kind of like building a customized AI digital mind or a digital twin of yourself that understands your unique voice, your knowledge base, even your creative process, because it kind of emulates you. It basically is forming you in a different form. Not only is it helping you create content, it's actually helping you scale yourself now here's an interesting little paradox. Know billions of dollars are being invested into these AI technologies and these massive platforms, especially the large language models like, you know, OpenAI is building, or Google and Anthropic. But really the value, if you imagine, if you think about it, it's all rooted in the content creators and the information knowledge that we're providing.
It.
It's us. I'm sure most of us are probably not feeling as valued as the platform, but I feel like we have a way to reframe that and then also leverage technology that's being built around the knowledge that we're all putting out into the world. This is why, you know, leveraging AI tools isn't just a nice to have thing. It's essential in the way that we're all living. Not only creating content and sharing our ideas and connecting with others, but it's literally how life is just going to work in the years to come. This is how we can start reclaiming our place in this whole value chain, because that's kind of how I think about it and how we can maximize our work and really the impact of our work. We're sharing our ideas to connect with others and we live in a really cool time right now where we can share our ideas on places like YouTube, like here, and the people will find us. But it's up to us to maximize the impact of this and leverage tools like AI. I'm going to pause this really fast and shout out a podcast that you should go follow. It's called the Science of Scaling. It's hosted by Mark Roberge and it's brought to you by the HubSpot Podcast Network, the audio destination for business professionals. Now, the reason why I like this show is that each week Mark Roberge, the host, sits down with leaders in business and talks about scaling properly. So I like Mark because he is in the trenches. He is the founding CRO of HubSpot, senior lecturer at Harvard Business School. He's a co founder of Stage 2 Capital, and he's diving into the secrets, the strategies, all these tactics of how to properly grow with people that are doing it right now. What I found is most companies, when they're growing, they either do the wrong things to grow or they do the right things in the wrong order. And, and that's what I gathered from these episodes. So it's a great way to straighten all that up. So go listen to Science of Scaling wherever you get your podcasts. I'm going to do a quick shout out one more time for the Thing I talked about the top of the episode, which is the AI version of me and of this podcast and my YouTube videos and all these things. It all lives within this AI platform. I used Delphi AI to create it, and I want you to use mine.
It's totally free.
Go to hustleandflowchart.com AI Joe. That's hustleandflowchart.com AI Joe. Test this thing out.
It's crazy.
You could type with it, talk with it, you can even use video. And you can look up anything from this podcast. You can ask a question about your business life, any scenario. It kind of learns about you with the information you give it. It's rad. You will love it. And also, there's a lot of people who are asking, how do I get one of these? How do I build it out? The cool thing is my team and I have been building a ton of these every single day. I've used the platform Delphi AI for two years. I'm actually one of their advisors because I was one of their first users and just gave them a ton of feedback. I love it, but we build these things. So if you want to use it for lead generation, for, you know, you have all this content as an expert, author, coach, type, person, we can put that into this digital brain and make it interactive. You could use it for customer service, internal training for your team, for your organization. Lots of uses. If you would like one of these, I can pass over an exclusive deal. There's no one else that's. That's offering this out there.
I work closely with Delphi as one.
Of their partners, agency partners, to build this out. So hit me up. Type hustleandflowchart.com interest into whatever browser. Again, that's hustleandflowchart.com Interest and hit me up. Let's build this thing together. All right, back to the episode. So human creativity is completely irreplaceable. You know, AI, it's incredible. You know, the technology that's coming out right now, you have just so much development. You have things like AGI, which is coming out fairly soon. Who knows when you have quantum computing as well, which is wild in its own right. But the point is here, AI, it can only really remix what we're doing, you know, the ideas that we're putting out as humans. It's enhancing upon things, but it's not innovating from scratch or it's not connecting emotionally in the way that a human would do that we do. You know, it's not going to Know how to struggle through stuff or hope and dream about things, things that we want. That's where this human element comes into play and why it's irreplaceable. When we combine our creativity with AI's ability to scale or connect different aspects of our ideas or other people's ideas, and it can help refine that into something that is easy to digest or something that people can connect with. That's where we're able to unlock a whole different level of impact that's never been possible before. AI is not creating the novel ideas that come out into the world. You know, that's, that's something that humans do. That's what we will always do. What AI does is it's recombining existing ideas. So if you can imagine it that way, the true originality comes from us and it always will come from us. So it's really up to us to drive where AI goes. AI is not going to replace creators because I know that is a fear out there, that these things will just make creators irrelevant. It's the creators like us who are embracing these tools, who will actually outpace those who don't. It's up to us to make sure that we're tapped in and we're collaborating with technology in a way that helps the impact grow across the board for everybody. The big thing here, and what pumps me up the most with using AI, it's not the fact that I can make like really cool videos with Sora now or create a book really quick with ChatGPT or whatever, you know, people get excited about. I am all about the human connection. And if we can leverage technology in a way that enhances our ideas, but it allows us to connect with anyone in the world in the way that they want to be connected with and communicated with you at the end of the day, are the most valuable thing in this whole AI driven world that we're going headfirst into right now. That it's the creative in you that fuels this entire system. And now you and I and all of us have the tools to completely amplify whatever the impact is that you're already doing or that you're just thinking about doing. So now's the time for you to embrace what are the things that light you up, what are the ideas that you want to share with the world? Because the future isn't in AI. It's not AI versus humans. It's actually AI and humans working together. How are you using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or custom platforms kind of like Delphi AI in your work right now. Share your thoughts below in the comments. I want to hear about your experiences, maybe your concerns. Maybe you're completely thinking I'm wrong. That's all right. But either way, if you've made it this far, don't forget to hit subscribe. Like I would love to keep making videos like this for yourself. So we're all thriving in this whole new era of AI, but also the creator and human connection. And it's something that's never going to go away. It's just going to have a different flavor. So we'll see you in the next video and talk soon.
