I would love to just say, come to the Genius Network annual event because we want to help reduce the suffering of entrepreneurs, which really, that's what I actually like to do. And so my goal is more so more than anything is to reduce suffering, but there's a lot of suffering that is occurring and we want to reduce it. And if you see someone that has some angst or some challenges, think about how to reduce their suffering. That I believe is one of the best ways to bond with people and help them.

Destroy anything in your life that isn't excellent. So this is on the wall at the Tempe headquarters of Genius Network. And I love this because there are certain things in life, you just need to eliminate them entirely. And if there's anything in your life that is not excellent, really think, think about it. And can you just eliminate it, destroy it, get rid of it? And here's another quote from Gary Halbert. Some games in life, the only way you win is to not play. And he shared this with me when I was going through one of the most difficult challenges in my personal Life back in 1998. And I was just in a toxic, terrible personal relationship that I'd gotten myself into. I was struggling with addiction. Behaviorally, it was just. It was bad. And I needed to get out of this situation. And I was trying to figure out how to navigate through it. And he said this to me. Some games in life, the only way you win is to not play. And I said, I just can't. I can't do this anymore. And I just step away from it. How many of you have gotten yourself in games that no matter how many different ways you've tried to win, you just lost? Yeah. How many of you are in those right now? Some of them. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Any problem in the world can be solved with the right Genius Network. Now, this is sort of a spin on any problem in the world can be solved with the right sales letter. Now, my key mission, if there is one, I mean, I have many things I want to do in my life and in the world, but I want to change the global conversation about how people view and treat addicts with compassion instead of judgment, and to find the best forms of treatment that have efficacy and share those with the world. And I need a Genius Network in order to do that. And I need money in order to do that. And. And through Genius Network, through the people that I know that are in this room, I'll be able to make great strides towards that. And I think anything that you want to have happen, you just need the right Genius Network. You need people with capabilities, people with skills. Being useful, simple. Just be as useful as you can. If you hear someone talking about something that they need and you know the answer, the strategy, the method, the process, a contact, you've been through it yourself, just share it with them. I mean, that's what makes genius networking a great thing. Don't react, respond. This is why I meditate. This is why I do yoga. It just helps me respond to life instead of react to life. And when I was in active addiction, my coping mechanism was to react. And when I'm reacting, I eat bad food, I do bad things, I think bad thoughts, I'm angry, I'm moody. And so when I'm reacting, life just blows up. It doesn't work that well. But when I'm responding, I can make more intelligent, useful, amazing decisions. Multiplication by subtraction. This is a term from Dan Sullivan, not just with people, but with projects and different things that you're working on. Reduce suffering. Ultimately, I would love to just say, come to the Genius Network annual event, because we want to help reduce the suffering of entrepreneurs, which really, that's what I actually like to do. Because when you're very successful financially, it's really hard for people that don't understand what it takes to be an entrepreneur, to feel sorry for the rich person, you know, or the person that has a lot of money. Oh, they just had it granted to them. And the truth is, a lot of you endure enormous amounts of pain and angst and struggle and sacrifice in order to get to where you are. And some people simultaneously beg from you while they also want to see you the downfall. It's crazy. And that's why a lot of entrepreneurs struggle so much with depression, anxiety, and addiction. And so my goal is more so more than anything is to reduce suffering. But there's a lot of suffering that is occurring, and we want to reduce it. And if you see someone that has some angst or some challenges, think about how to reduce their suffering. That I believe is one of the best ways to bond with people and help them. Resourcefulness, being resourceful. I mean, there's. If you can't make 100,000, half a million, a million dollars out of this room, you're not very resourceful or you're not being very resourceful. And I think that will become apparent as we go along with this. So I want the $10,000 investment. If you. This is the first time you've been here, it's 10 grand. If you're a Genius Network member, it's 25,000. So people have paid between 10,000 to 100,000 a person to be in this room. There's a lot of resources here, but only to the degree that you utilize them and you're resourceful yourself. Result leader, not thought leader. Love this. I mean, like, the whole thought leader thing is like a big. I want to be a thought leader. Well, any asshole could come up with a thought. You know, it doesn't take a genius, I don't think, to come up with a thought to take that thought and to turn it into a result. How many of you consider yourselves result leaders? Okay. Yeah. And by the way, if you've hung out with enough personal development and self help people behind the scenes, I mean, you kind of know what I'm talking about. That's another story. All right, so take responsibility. Has anyone ever read Nathaniel Brandon's book on taking responsibility? I think like 12 people actually bought the book, but it's like a brilliant book. Nathaniel was a dear friend of mine, and so my friend Kathy Colby. The time to quit working is when working is no longer working. So I want you to think about that. I sense more craziness with entrepreneurs and with just the culture in general than I've ever experienced. And it could be, you know, just my perception. The point is, the time to quit working is when working is no longer working. And think about things in your life that are just half hard, annoying, lame, and frustrating. Just stop. Quit doing them. You know, together we can do anything, which I believe we can. And we can do that with the right tools. And then, of course, write yourself a swimming pool if you want a swimming pool. It goes back to the Beatles thing where someone said the Beatles are not materialistic. He's like, that's not true. I remember sitting down with John and saying, hey, let's write ourselves a swimming pool. So your network is your net worth. Well, I believe your genius network is your net worth. And so as amazing as your genius network is, that's great. And then there's two words I want you to think about. Obligation elimination. And what that means to me is that I don't want any obligations anymore unless they are elf. Unless they expand me, not contract me. And I have made myself incredibly accessible to a lot of people. What I'm doing, though, is I'm going through a whole process of how do I eliminate obligations that no longer blow my skirt up? Metaphorically speaking. And there's a Peter Drucker quote, which is, there's nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not have been done at all. And leverage. Maximum results. Least amount of effort is leverage. And there we go. So, are you ready?
