And a privilege to be here. Joe's great guy and put on a great group and I've heard amazing things about all of you guys. I know so many people that have been parts of these groups for years. My name is Christian Michaelson. I have a multimillion dollar coaching business. I've been coaching for over 20 years. My business made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America four years in a row. What a lot of people don't know is I did that working part time and I've actually been working part time since my first daughter was born over 11 years ago. So much of our is spent thinking about the next strategy and trying to make decisions on like, okay, well should I invest in cryptocurrencies? Which cryptocurrency should I invest in real estate? Or should I do this, should I do that? I really think my biggest secret to success, being healthy, wealthy, happy, is really working on myself a ton. Jim Rohn, who was one of Tony Robbins early mentors, says that you should work on yourself more than you work on your business. And I do. I'm always working through my fears, my doubts, my limiting belief, letting that stuff go. And David Hawkins wrote a book called Power vs Force. He lays out this map of consciousness and that we all resonate energetically at different places on this map. And the higher up you resonate, the easier life is, the happier you are, the more successful, the more things just kind of flow and the more you're in touch with your intuition and you feel guided instead of kind of being all up in your head and trying to, you know, look at the charts and graphs and this all says I should do this. But you know, if your intuition says you need to go in a different direction, then you need to do it. I think being connected to source, being connected to self, being connected to your intuition, letting that guide you instead of, you know, just looking at the data and, you know, trying to figure things out in your head. And one of the best secrets to being able to be in touch with your intuition and to get yourself up to those higher levels of consciousness is to heal and release the stuff inside you that is weighing you down. In Power vs. Force, Hawkins talks about, you know, we live in. Most people think it's like A causes B. Like this is the cause, this is the effect. But he talks about this attractor field of C that causes A and B. It's the. This energy of source, of God, of, you know, flow. And the more we tap into that, the more powerful we are and the more success and ease and flow that we can have. Everything we do is not hard work, but it can feel hard because it can be stressful, because we have fears, we have insecurities, we have doubts. All the stuff that's going on inside is the stuff that makes things seem hard or makes things feel hard. But if we want it to be easy, we need to master ourselves. And if you want to master yourself, you need to master your emotions. And the key to mastering your emotions is a process that I discovered and developed called the peace process. If you have anything that's stressing you out or a fear, anything that we've got got going on that's pushing your buttons, what you can do is you can think about that situation and you can notice what you feel inside. And then you can notice where that feeling is. And then you just put one finger on that feeling, wherever it is. You guys can all follow along. If, you know, if you guys have anything, some of you guys maybe are super strong and don't have anything that stresses you out. But for the rest of us humans, find something. Worry about the future, frustration in the present. You just find where it is in your body. You put your finger on the most intense part, and then we don't. We just be with it without trying to change it or analyze it without trying to make it go away. You just want to let that feeling live and breathe. You want to just surrender to this feeling as best you can. Surrender is the ultimate life skill. If you can surrender to life itself, you're surrendering to all the feelings that come up. Because what we resist persists, right? And what normally happens, we're hardwired through revolution to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Pleasure of food is pleasurable because it keeps us alive. Sex is pleasurable because it keeps the species alive. And so we want to avoid pain. But emotional pain, when we try to avoid it, we suppress it or repress, turns into all kinds of other problems, turns into health issues. And if we don't solve this feeling, if we don't resolve it, if we don't let it run its course, then new situations are going to come up. You're going to hire more marketing people and they're going to suck and you're going to have to fire marketing team again or some other things going to happen. That's because this feeling is calling circumstances into your life for it to be brought forth to be felt. Because we're not here to just experience the good things in life. We're here to experience all things in life. We're here to be fully alive. And so you keep your finger on the feeling, and if it moves a little left, right, up, down, you know, wherever it goes, just keep following with it. And these feelings are like oil in an oil candle. And your presence is the flame. And we don't know how much oil is in there, but your presence will absolutely burn this thing out. And then the frustration will be gone and you'll maybe start realizing, oh my gosh, thank God I let those people go. Or, oh my gosh, it was really me all along and they were actually doing great and I should see if they want to come back or. Everyone has different answers. Yeah. You know, if you're all up in your head trying to solve a problem, find out if you got, you know, find the stress and tune into it. Because once you heal through it, then all of a sudden the insights just come. You know what you need to do. The biggest thing that we resist is we're not really resisting things outside, we're resisting things inside. All of our fears are fears of feelings. Everything we're afraid of. If we think we're afraid of a situation, it's like, oh, if this happens, that would be terrible. So we're not afraid of the situation. We're afraid of how that situation would make us feel. We don't want to feel the feelings that that situation might cause. And all of our fears are fears of feelings. Some of them are fear of physical feelings. I don't want to get. I don't want to fall off a high building or whatever. But most of our fears are fears of emotional feelings. And if we can be willing to be courageous enough to feel those feelings, which actually is what takes the most courage of anything, is to feel all these feelings that we don't want to feel. If we're willing to feel them, if we're willing to feel any feeling, then we can handle any situation. There isn't any situation that can come up that you can't handle. If there's no feelings that can come up that you aren't willing to feel. So as you tune into the feeling as it moves around or maybe not, or dissipates or gets more intense and then less intense, but eventually it may feel like it's gone. So then what you want to do is you want to think back about the thing that was stressing you out and see if it comes back in light. And if it does, just keep doing it until it gets to peace. And then you think about the situation again and you just feel neutral about it. And there isn't a situation, no matter how bad, that you can't get to peace about. And then actually even get to gratitude for, you know, grateful for any situation that seemed negative in your life that actually there's gifts. That's my secret to letting it all go resonating at a high energy frequency. Getting into being guided by intuition instead of, you know, being all up in your head. It's not you don't have be worrying about everything. You could just be in flow.
