A devotional on three normalized sins: laziness, which leads to poverty; disobedience, even when partial; and failing to tithe ten percent of your paycheck. The speaker cites Proverbs 13:4 and Matthew 23:23 as biblical support.
Here are 3 sins that have been normalized. Number 1 is laziness. Proverbs chapter 13, verse 4 says that the lazy will want much but get little, and the hardworking will prosper. And James chapter 14, verse 17 says, if you know what you ought to do and you don't do it, it is a sin. Number 2 is disobedience. You are judged by what you know. Delayed obedience is still disobedience. Number 3 is not tithing. Jesus says in Matthew chapter 23, verse 23 that you should be tithing. Tithing is giving 10% of your earnings back to God and should be done with every paycheck. Subscribe and comment amen if you agree.
