The video narrates the story of a newborn boy named Logan who, at birth, was told by doctors that he would not survive. He was placed in a hospital bed next to an action figure that was larger than him. The family responded by praying and standing in faith. The narrator then shows a present‑day clip of Logan, now healthy and the same size as the action figure, presenting his survival as a miracle. The video concludes with a call to viewers to subscribe and comment "I believe" if they share the belief in Jesus.
