Romans 8 reminds us the Holy Spirit intercedes when we don't know what to pray. If you wake up unsure, try worship or sit quietly and let whatever comes to mind—family, work, worries—become your prayer. Trust the Spirit to perfect your petitions before God.

Good morning, everyone. I hope you're having a great day today. So today's verse is straight from Romans, one of the legendary chapters, chapter eight, and it talks about how the Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf because we don't know what to pray for. Have you ever been in a situation? You wake up, you're groggy, and you're like, Lord, what should I be praying about? You know, there's a lot of really good options there. One, you can just go into your worship and you just praise the Lord. But also, if you're if you're feeling like hey, I need to be led in prayer, you can. Sit quietly and listen for the Holy Spirit and just start to pray any of the images that he puts in your mind. If you start to think about your mom or your father or your brother or your sister, maybe work or, yeah, a concern, just start to pray. He'll take care of the rest. Remember, he's more than capable of helping you. And so just yield to the Holy Spirit and your prayers will be perfectly done before the Father. God bless. God bless.
