God loved you before you existed, even before sin. Jeremiah teaches that God knew each person in the womb and gave them identity and purpose from the start. Your love for God is a response to His love first.
Chapters
We talked about how God died for our sins and loved us even though that we were yet sinners. So in today's verse, we reciprocate that love because God first loved us. This is an important thing to understand, is, is that God loved us in the womb. Jeremiah teaches us that. He knew us before he formed us. So when God wrote the end— remember, he wrote the end when he wrote the beginning— He He loved us then. He had— he gave us an identity and he gave us a purpose. And so part of that is to understand that when we love him, it's only because he first loved us. So go into your relationship today, go into your prayer closet and pour out your love for your heavenly Father and your heavenly brother, because it was by his works, by his deeds, by his actions that we are saved. And all we have to do is receive it by faith. God bless.
