Day 4 of our gratitude series. We're here hopping over to Matthew chapter 1, and I want to call out specifically the, the 4 women that are mentioned in the scriptures here. We got Tamar, who was a widow, Rahab, who was a prostitute, Ruth, who lost her, her future husband, although not necessarily a widow but functionally widowed, and then Bathsheba, who's not called out specifically by name but also is a widow. Women, whenever you're thinking about your position in the kingdom of God, understand that God has plans for you, your identity, they're all greater than what you expect. These women were unassuming in a, in a time where women were greatly oppressed, and yet God put them in the lineage of King Jesus. Know this, that God loves you, he cares for you, and that your future is dramatically better than what you expect. God bless.
