As he was operating the machinery, some debris got in the way and he didn't wanna waste any time, so he kept the machine running when he tried to get off of it. But that's when he stepped off the machine and his steel-toed boots caused him to trip and fall on his back under the machine. As the machine was still operating and running, his leg got caught in the harvester. And he said there's no chance of him getting out, and he knew death was inevitable.
