Speaker B respects all religions but argues Christianity is exclusively true. God is holy, humans broke divine law and deserve hell, but Jesus offers free salvation through his virgin birth, sinless life, death, and resurrection three days later.
He's got a good point. Watch it.
I respect people that are atheists, people that are agnostics. You want to adhere to the tenets of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, you know, somebody can do that. If somebody wants to be Mormon or Jehovah's Witness or part of the Baha'i faith, knock yourself out. At the same time, I would come along and say, well, there's still truth, right? I would say that God is good. He's holy. He's perfect. If God judges us, he would judge us based upon his commandments because we broke God's law. And if God judges us, we would deserve to go to his prison, which is a place called hell. God, knowing that we would break his law, he had a plan. He sent his Son Jesus, who was born of a virgin, who lived a perfect life. He died a cruel death. He says, whoever places their trust in me is given a free gift, which is everlasting life. But the problem is people need to recognize and realize that they have sinned, that they have broken the commandments. And then 3 days after Jesus died, he rose again from the grave. And that's why I'm a Christian.
