I wanted him before I met him. I longed for him before he even came on this earth. His position in my heart—he's never worked for this position, never qualified for this position—and this position is he is a son. It's been given to him because of his birth, not because of his efforts. His condition will always change; his position remains the same. See, you have to understand. In order to passionately pursue God, you must understand is that your position in God's heart will always be the same. You are God's child. He says, you didn't choose me, I chose you. The Bible says we love God because he first loved us. You'll never be able to out-love God. You are not the beginner of the love of God. He is the initiator. You're just the responder.
Wow, that's the most important information you'll ever receive. Come to God just as you are because he loves you and he'll change everything in your life.
